Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport - Conv Ctr by IHG

Overall a great place to stay if accessing the airport is important and need a place to relax before or after a flight.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful plaza! The location is perfect for in town shopping and dining as well as only 20 to 30 minutes away from waterfront dining and Folly Beach. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. One of the mornings we experienced lack of hot water for showers, contacted the staff at the front desk (spoke with KeKe) and she immediately contacted maintenance to resolve the problem. That afternoon the hot water problem was resolved! During that time KeKe had mentioned they were going to credit one night due to the water problem, and when checkout time came we were credited as we were first told. I appreciate the staff following through and taking care of us!! Thank you Crowne Plaza for a wonderful experience!

Always a beautiful stay here. I always come back, great rooms, great location for shopping and eating.

I happened to see the pilot of my delayed flight that next morning upon checkout. He was on that last hotel shuttle run, and he even told me they all looked inside and saw us standing waiting at the luggage carousal. 24 hour airport shuttle is false advertising and a lie.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I only stayed one night while waiting for my girlfriend's to get into town and I was tempted to book more nights! I will definitely not hesitate to stay here in the future and will absolutely recommend it to others traveling to Charleston.

Great pool deck area with outdoor bar. It made for a great break between matches while in town for a tournament.

My room was very clean. Staff were professional. I would definitely stay again.

We had guest so it needed to be used. Spoke to the front desk and nobody seemed to care. Nothing was gone to meet out needs. Fix the door Change rooms No one cared.
