The room was good for the 6 days that I was there to visit with my son, who is in the Navy and could not get leave to come home for Christmas. The location was good for me and my trips to pick up and drop off my son for duty. This being said, there was a need for a little more deep cleaning from housekeeping as the couch was not vacummed in the crease for the futon type couch/bed so I did not fold it out to sleep on and just slept on it as a couch so my son could sleep in the bed since he only gets to sleep in "racks" type of bed. The day I arrived, I saw the exterminator there and was on alert for bugs. I did not actually see bugs until the 4th day in, and then I started noticing a couple of baby ones, followed by adult ones. I used my tire inflator to blow out all of my things and loaded them into the car. I washed and dried all of my clothes and sprayed the room with bug/sanitizer spray that I carry with me for my hotel stays. Our family travels all over the US for sports competitions and to visit sons in the Army and Navy. I am in my upper 60's and could have used the actual fold-out bed. The laundry was very nice and on-site.

The location . The room had a smell to it , like a mold smell. I had to spray lysol every day. The room was clean but the floor was filthy. I had to wear my slippers or the bottom of my feet would be dirty. They only gave me 2 small towels, 2 washcloths and one roll of toilet paper for a 7 day stay, said I had to wash the washcloths and towels out myself at the laundromat. I check in on a Thursday and out the next Thursday and was told they do housekeeping only once a week and mines was scheduled at my check out. Which I thought was crazy. I will never return to this hotel again. The pictures they have on the website, is nothing like what you get . Then the water pipes burst and we didn't have water for a while ,but they couldn't help that happened.

Experience is good

Customer service was great. Could have been the guest previously before I got there but the room was infested with roaches. Definitely could use some bombing or make sure guest are actually cleaning behind themselves....

You will get what you pay for, it’s a low cost hotel and they prove it.

I had mixed interactions with staff. The guy that inspects rooms is a total jerk. The lady in the office was the only bright side of the stay. They do not clean rooms, "that is your job" they provide 1 roll t.p. and one floor towel...rest is up to you. All utensils provided by YOU. The pictures in the ad are fake, taken from a magazine or images online. Pest control sprays on Wed. each week, that is a plus. No bugs but rooms need updating with newer appliances, at least for people on business trips, not long time living

Inconvenience and shower was not working staff didn't come up for at least a week to fix and then wasn't still fix.
-
Management was awful and service was awful my stay was horrible and roaches was terrible management said one thing and still tried to over charge me
