Clean room.

Loved it

The propere way would to have said that my card didnt work then offer to update it - not threaten my room in front of my child and make us afraid of not having a place to stay. Then the people above us constantly made noise non-stop for hours (Rm 314?) - we let the front desk know but the noise never stopped. I know they can't control the guests, but it sounded like we were under a bowling alley nonstop for hours and it did affect our ability to rest and enjoy our room. The breakfast was okay. I may try this hotel again but I think I can find another place in Charleston I like more.

Room had a leak above and had to change rooms. Mold was in the room. Staff was friendly and place was fairly clean.

Will book again! A great price & location to the beach & all things surrounding Charleston! Breakfast was good with options such as: cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fruits, yogurt, muffins, & juices. There is a pool & fitness center on the bottom floor around the corner from the lobby. You can check out from your phone!

Hotel was nice staff was nice. But the beds needs to be replaced.The mattress are so outdated

The hotel didn't have my reservation but I was on the phone for over 50 minutes to receive a refund that may take 7 to 14 days.

Friendly staff! Great location. Just make sure they don't put you in a handicap room unless you prefer handicap low shower sprayers with weak pressure.

The shower knob came off when I pulled it. Room keys didn’t work had to change rooms.

Bed was comfortable. Run was dirty. Mold in the shower. People was loud.

The room was smelly and the carpets were dirty. The bathroom was very unsanitary. The floor tiles were filthy. The bathtub made my skin crawled. There were rust in the corner of the bathroom. The bathroom door hangs too high up off the floor. Bugs was crawling on the bathroom floor. Lots of holes in the curtains. The bed was hard and the cloth chair in the room was dirty and not comfortable at all. The pool room was very, very hot and muggy. I only stayed one(1) day. I've checked out on June 13th, 2026. Because the smell made me very nauseous. Everything about the room was terrible to me, my husband and grandkids

Nothing It was very dated, almost everything in the room was broken or very dirty, chose to pay at the property however got a call hours before we arrived that our card was getting declined and if we didn’t give them a new card our room would be canceled. The Indian man wanted to argue with me (the wife) when I told them that I selected to pay when I got there and was not giving my card number over the phone but when my husband got on the phone and stated the same thing then it was no longer a issue. The beds were so small and hard like sleeping on a rock. We checked out at 6:30am and turned in our room key, however about 4 hours after we left I got a text that if we did not check out soon we would be charged extra, so I had to call and remind them to check us out.

I usually love to stay at Country Inn. This wasn’t the greatest but the staff was great. My room was old and not clean. It had an odd odor and could use some updating. They did not get the trash and had me to take it to the dumpster. The laundry facilities stopped working. The lobby was clean and maintained. The food was alright.
