El baño estaba sucio, la cama cómoda, la habitación olía a cigarrillo un olor molesto, la persona del cuarto del lado no paró de hacer ruidos toda la noche y la tv con alto volumen

The some what convenience to the soccer fields The toilet was not flushing well

Staff Dirty towels, some noise at night and even if I stayed at a non smoking room there was some smell of weed

The staff was very nice and the hotel smell really good in the lobby and hallways, probably the best smelling hotel I’ve ever been to. The inside of the rooms didn’t smell as good as the lobby and hallways. Smell in the room was something like mildew. That was the only thing wrong.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The shower and pillows were up to par. I would definitely recommend. The breakfast could have been better. The juice was very watery. The food did look a little stale.

The staff was lovely. However, our initial room was not well stocked, the shower handle was broken, and the AC unit was leaking onto the carpet. The staff was kind enough to upgrade our room the next day. Unfortunately, this room while clean and very spacious did not have hot water which we did not realize until we were showering. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The handsome staff member with the hazel eyes was very helpful when we checked in. However all other staff basically ignored us not giving the greeting of the day/evening. There was no control of the children running up the hallways after 10 pm when guests are trying to sleep.

The room appeared clean, but there was a huge wet spot in the corner that seemed to grow during our stay. We addressed it with the staff, but they did not seem to care. So, we had a soggy carpet and entire area we could not utilize in our room.
