Homewood Suites by Hilton North Charleston

Let me just start by saying…This hotel had the absolute best pillows and bed. I have a bougie Tempurpedic at home, and I hate having to leave it. I slept for 8-9 hours all 3 nights!! That never happens!! I already ordered the pillows. Anyhow, the hotel is new, and it’s beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious, had all the necessities that a I would need to cook in my room, and it had a large refrigerator/freezer. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this hotel except our room did smell strongly like dogs. Once we ran the A/C and the overhead fan it was bearable. The staff was friendly, breakfast was great and the kids had fun playing in the pool for a while. Other than the dog issue, it was spotless too.

I wanted to spend my birthday weekend (9/5/26) in Charleston for the jazz festival. I arrived late from out of town because the train I traveled on was severely late. The hotel treated me as a no show and sold my room to someone else. All other rooms were sold out. I had to get right back on the next train a head back home because the room rates for other hotels in the area were nearly triple what I originally paid. Terrible birthday trip!

It was really nice to stay

The breakfast was good. The staff at check in was very distracted and it took way too long to check in. The room and bathroom was dirty. The refrigerator made noise all night. They charged $14 a day for parking, I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was clean, enjoyable, and comfortable. The manager had a very nasty attitude!! She was a black lady that drove a silver suv and she had a dog and she had straight thin hair

The staff was really professional, helpful, and nice. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean. I will definitely stay here again

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, very kind and helpful staff. Both rooms needed repair work done. Bathroom area was small. And the worse part, was parking had to be paid for nightly, which wasn't stated in the booking process.

The room was large and very clean. Staff was wonderful would stay again

Everything was great about the hotel , however the only draw back was that they charge you 14.00 a day to park your vehicle. This is a fee that should be included in the price or eliminated in my opinion .

Everything was excellent!

We had a suite that had a couch that made out into a bed and when we went to make it out the sheets were very dirty. There was stuff in them and stains on them like nobody even checked it. There was also a sock underneath the bed. The toilet didn't work right. Just really poor cleaning and maintenance overall.
