Homewood Suites by Hilton North Charleston

Everything was great about the hotel , however the only draw back was that they charge you 14.00 a day to park your vehicle. This is a fee that should be included in the price or eliminated in my opinion .

Everything was excellent!

We had a suite that had a couch that made out into a bed and when we went to make it out the sheets were very dirty. There was stuff in them and stains on them like nobody even checked it. There was also a sock underneath the bed. The toilet didn't work right. Just really poor cleaning and maintenance overall.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful! The breakfast is great and my overall stay was excellent! I will return soon.

Room is nasty had bugs in room 519 will not be coming back!! The breakfast wasn’t great at all! They allow dog poop and pee to sit in the hallway until the next morning or sometimes afternoon.

ONCE WE CHECKED IN WE WERE LOOKING FOR PARKING ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING FOR EACH NIGHT. THAT WAS NOT NOTED IN THE BOOKING NOR DISCLOSED BY THE STAFF. THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS NOT OK. THE STAFF COULD NOT KEEP UP WITH THE GUEST WITH PROVIDING PLATES AND SILVERWARE TO EAT WITH.

I love the location. The breakfast was good. I loved the pool area and the grill area Didn't have towels

Pool, staff was amazing ( Dontae, Debra, Keyon, Tonya) awesome! The beds was hard Its time for new beds.

Rough neighborhood & rude staff

Rooms were big Hotel was dirty, there were 2 pukes remains at the main entrance, hallways dirty.

I found the room itself to be incredibly uncomfortable though- the bed and sofa in particular.

It was an amazing stay, very quiet + felt safe.

Pillows and the mattress was way too soft making sleep difficult.

We were there for a week and never received any room cleaning or refreshing of services. The pool closed at 10 p.m. according to the signage but was told to get out of the pool at 8:30 p.m. My husband was waiting for with my son in the lobby and was told to get out because the staff were eating in the lobby.
