Hyatt Place North Charleston

Staff was nice and helpful The room was confortable, clean and smelled nice.

Good location and price I found a cockroach in my bathroom

Clean, friendly

Very good

Location We were not given the room reserved. They substituted a handicapped room that was very inferior. Shower hand rail rusted off and no way to keep water from flooding the floor. Staff didn’t seem to care

Exceptional

I stay at multiple properties under this brand and they were awesome. But this one, not only did I not get the room that I had requested back in April for my date in September, we got a king we had to share. Their reasoning, "they were booked, they could not move us." Well that was great, but would you nit hink a reservation booked bck in April would be oriirituzed iver later reservtions? Guess not. Also, there was only one attendant at the desk taking care of the whole hotel. He was 18 years old and could not distribute any liquor at their bar and their restaurant was only giving out pizza. It was not suited to handle additional items that were on their menu. It was a horrific experience. And I was very, very disappointed!!! I will not book at this hotel again.

Location The beds where to soft and their was only one elevator working at the time. It made it difficult having to wait with bags.

Exceptional

Se podría mejorar: La Puerta no cerraba bien, había que asegurarse; en el desayuno la papa estaba super seca y los huevos fatales, bien por la fruta!. Estaba mejor el café del cuarto que el del desayuno. Ciao

Breakfast is amazing this is my place to stay when visiting North Charleston, I highly recommend it for families.

Bad

Exceptional

Only one working elevator.

Good

The breakfast wasn't that good. The lady at the front desk during the day wasn't every pleasant. Everything else was great

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Very good

I was quite and cozy. Good breakfast. There was no microwave in the room and they only had one down stairs at front desk The ice machine was on 3rd floor and 5th floor, but only 5 floor ice machine worked. The elevator moves so slow.

Location ! I have a daughter at USC . I had a bad experience with one of the ladies employee . She was not very professional and lack of customer service .
