Comfort Suites North Charleston - Ashley Phosphate

Service and room was great. Hallway had a funky sour smell.

Rooms aren’t all that clean the staff is nasty the breakfast is undesirable! Can’t get things brought to room must go down to desk! Rooms smell like smoke

This guest was our employee, travel nurse, she was a no show for the entire stay.

Had a few roaches

I thought the price of $166.00 was to expensive for this hotel as it is just an average hotel.

Someone went through my tool box

Their housekeeper stole my food, and the GM was a complete JACK!

Everything was very nice

Place is great! LaShonda at the front desk - she’s the best! Great location / everything close by !

Place is fabulous / great attention to detail! Nice pool / nice fitness room - great laundry facilities!

If only I could leave no stars, I would. I travel a lot for my company and stay in many different states. I had to wait for at least 20 minutes before anyone show up to the front desk. I book for two queen and they gave me 1 king. I went back to front desk he said he couldn’t do anything about it. According to him, everything was book. The confirmation numbers did not even match. It is not the hotel fault ( i did book it through a third party ) I think. But this is where the 1 star comes from. The person working in the front desk did not even to think to say sorry. ( a very simple gesture would have been nice ). He did not even try to attempt to see what went wrong.

Great Stay - only one elevator works / great staff
