Pleasant stay

Okay stay. Room is nice, but the cigarette smell in the room was apparent and smelled bad. I had asked for new sheets in my room in the morning, and came back that night with no sheets. Was not happy about that!

You get what you pay for! Mostly chose this hotel because they advertised cribs. Requested a crib in my reservation..got there and they seemed surprised I needed one and then said the have to locate it. Never got it. Not the best atmosphere or location.

Staff and room cleaning was good but the doors did not lock well, the main door had to be struggled to get it locked and the bathroom door did not lock at all, which was very irritating and annoying to use.

My stay was okay.

It was a great stay.

upon check in the front desk, staff was lethargic and unfriendly, the property itself was not well-maintained, and the couch in the room was so dirty to the point that I didn’t even wanna put my luggage on it, in the morning the front desk manager spent the vast majority of our time, looking at videos on her phone under the foyer outside of the hotel, there are three other hotels located in the quad that this one is located in and they all looked amazing compared to this place

We checked in good but the room we got the A/C was leaking in the carpet and the room was smelling so we moved to another room,The breakfast was the same stuff every day sauvage parties and some kind of cheese filles eggs the need to step it up on the breakfast menu.We checked surrounding hôtels and they were immaculate

The staff is very helpful and kind the atmosphere is super clean breakfast was delicious everything was fresh and rooms were very clean I give it a 10/10 I for sure will be staying there again next Year...

Coffee was available all day. Room was clean.

Easy to access hotel. Plenty of parking. Older hotel so you’re going to see signs of it. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to check in. Our door would not close properly so we had to push/pull it hard to open and close it. You could tell when we were coming and going because it made a lot of noise. Walked into the hallway on the 2nd day to the smell of weed. Breakfast was pretty basic each day. The pool was open and the gym was ok for what I needed. Staff was polite. Didn’t have any noise problem around our room.

Air conditioning not working properly. Wasn’t dirty, but not spic and span either.

My stay at Comfort inn, North Charleston, SC was aweful! I book for Two days and was awaken on the first morning with water dropping from the ceiling and I brought to Lilly, the assistant manager’s attention. I also told her about a dress that was damaged by the water dripping from the ceiling. She initially stated that she was going to he just she initially stated that she was going to just move us to another room, however, then she came back and demanded that we give her the dress to be cleaned. When we refuse to give her the dress, she told us that we had to leave the hotel because they felt uncomfortable with us being there and longer. There was no clear explanation as to why they felt uncomfortable with us being there any longer. She cancel our following day stay and told us we had to be out by 12:30 on June 13,2026. We were left without a place to stay and the refund would not reflect in our account until about 5-7 days. It was an humiliating situation for us with no help or concern from them. We had a formal event that evening and had to leave, without taking a shower, to try to find another hotel. I called the cooperate office and the were of little help. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place was nice did have a strong moldy smell in the halls and the room was clean stayed 4 nights never saw a housekeeper but we only came in the sleep and take a bath

The room wasn't super clean and several things were in need of repair. I was surprised at the condition in relation to the price.
