Tru by Hilton Charleston Ashley Phosphate

Ms. June, the front desk attendant was beyond helpful! We needed to alter our plans and check out 2 days earlier than our original plans. She went above and beyond to help us.

Tru is one of the cleanest and best maintained facilities out there. Their staff is very friendly and thoughtful, always asking how they can make your stay better. I am extremely impressed with their entire operation. They serve a breakfast that is five star quality. Sufficient and convenient parking. We will certainly use them as often as possible.

It was a very nice place to stay. It was near all of the attractions and restaurants. We will stay there many more times we have already stayed there three.

The general manager and her crew were very kind, the property was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The staffs were perfectly kind and professional. The facility was clean and the breakfast was also great. But there was a roach in the bathroom. Except a roach, it was great.

Everything was great except was a dity towel and the sun blind was damage and I fixed it due was around midnight when I got there.

We stayed there from 6/6/26-6/8/26. This was my first time staying at this chain of hotel and I will way I was absolutely satisfied. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. 10/10 highly recommend. I will be back for sure.

The breakfast was not great. The grits were soupy, empty sauage hot plate and only served pork. Turkey would have been an option, coffee and varieties of tea were good. Overall the breakfast was fair.

8/10. Ideal if you want a place close to the airport. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Be prepared to have a minimum 30+ minute drive to anywhere. This hotel is also not in a great part of town. Restaurant selection in the immediate area isn’t great.

I did not like that they let animals (dogs) stay in rooms.

10 out of ten will stay again, very quiet and safe environment, polite staff great amenities.

breakfast was good , the room needed a wall clock, what we had was a 3'x 3' small clock.on the night stand , could not see what time it was.
