Staybridge Suites North Charleston by IHG

This is just a little thing. There was dishwasher soap and dish soap, but, no spunge or no scrubber.

Beds were comfy and the place felt very clean. Rooms a a bit dated; furniture is old and kitchens need modernizing.

Great stay clean property but could use a little work. Staff was outstanding and very helpful

Full suite is very roomy for a business traveller. Front desk staff was very nice. Social hour Monday thru Thursday w beer, wine, and a nacho bar. Free laundry machines. Will stay again next time i am in town for work

Clean, comfortable, well equipped. One way in, one way out and the road flooded trapping us in and altering our vacation plans. There needs to be a contengency egress in case of an emergency.

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites North Charleston and would happily stay here again! A special thank you to Jayla and Kiara at the reception desk, who were absolutely amazing — warm, helpful and professional throughout our stay. We arrived at about 2:30 a.m. due to flight delays, and Mrs. Linda was there to welcome us and get us checked in, which we really appreciated after such a long journey. The rooms were very nice, spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved having a well-equipped kitchen. There were enough utensils and everything we needed to prepare proper family meals, which made our stay so much more convenient. The hotel is also conveniently located and not too far from the airport. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality made the experience even better. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome! We look forward to staying here again. Nothing

Exceptional

Parking was easy, checking in was easy. Looked like they were doing renovations. Missed out on breakfast because we left earlier than 6am.

Loved the room, kitchen was a great size and was very clean. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. The housekeepers were absolutely wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Other than the hotel being closer to the water and activities, it was a nice well-maintained location with friendly staff.

There was not one thing I didn’t like about this hotel. At first, I was a little skeptical based on the location, but I was impressed from the time I walked in, welcoming staff to tclean room, exceptional response times for towels information. They had a lot of to do things in Charleston it was really amazing. I was really surprised and the front desk manager can’t remember her name terrible names. She was amazing.

The halls gave an outdated feel and were a bit stuffy, but the room itself was pretty great.
