100$ deposit and no smoke but room smelled like a pack of cigarettes, grounds smell like dog piss and poop concrete step to my room broken ,room had roaches had to keep my bags in a trash bag on the second bed, ac leaked water inside room whole stay they wouldn’t change room jus gave towels to soak water which is crazy and at night turns to prostitution and crack head city online pictures are definitely a cat fish they need to shut this place down and rehab the rooms are gross I wanted to stay till end of week had to get another hotel cuz staying there again if was last place on earth is a big no shut it down !!!!
-
First room they put us in was gross and the fridge didn't work. They moved us to a different room that was cleaner and the fridge worked but the ac for horrible. Staff was rude and not helpful. We did enjoy the pool and our kids enjoyed the breakfast. They have a water machine for fresh filtered water in the lobby that was nice as well.

If you just want a place to sleep, then ok.

The night manager, was on his cellphone. I had booked two beds and was given one. The room did not have a switched light, had to walk into the room to turn lights on. The floor hadn’t been cleaned, there were cigarette burns in the comforter. Food was left in the refrigerator and the toilet seat was loose. Calls to the desk went unanswered. If you wanted something, you had to call a cell phone. Breakfast was hideous, unless you wanted pancakes. Eggs were one serving if any, no protein offered. Biscuits were the same for three days and without any gravy for them. Muffins, when there were some, were frozen. Cereal was also hit and miss. Fruit was on the verge of spoiling. Watched the staff, wipe cereal off the counter and put it back in the container. One morning the manager looked over the empty trays and continued on his way speaking on his cellphone. The kitchen lady was also more concerned with her cellphone. I have always had good experiences with this chain until now. I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate!

I looked at the room and left to get a new hotel! It was not what we expected. The were nice to authorize Expedia to give us a full refund
-
The bed and floor were clean, the room was quiet and cool, the shower needs some attention as there is caulking is impregnated with mold and the tub wasn’t draining because it was plugged with a LOt of hair. I will not return.
-
The only upside was location close to 26.
-
The room was extremely dirty, and almost everything was broken, including the light fixtures, fire alarm, and water faucet. Basic necessities were missing—there wasn’t enough toilet paper, soap, or towels. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels, but no one was there. I asked an employee who was nearby, and she said she didn’t have the keys, so she couldn’t help me. To make matters worse, some of the towels left in the bathroom appeared to have already been used by a previous guest and had not been replaced with clean ones. That was completely unacceptable. The beds were in terrible condition. The mattresses made loud noises every time someone moved, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. swimming pool was close and not opened. Overall, this hotel was filthy, poorly maintained, and provided terrible customer service. I would not recommend this Quality Inn to anyone.

Not clean. The linens are also torn.
-
The staff was great, although the motel isn't perfect, everyone made me feel right at home and they were super helpful
-
Terrible place. Unsafe location. Lots of police presence. Restaurant next to it is closed down which makes it worse. Unkept, stained, ripped bedding, old -and nasty. Do not take your family there and do not stay there alone.
-
The room was filthy dirt all around the bed in the floor and roaches both big and small on the floor and slid the bed over and they ran everywhere trued to sleep with lights on but couldn’t so checked out at 2 am also front door had a 3/4 inch gap in the bottom had to stuff a towel under it was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in 35 plus years renters be Leary !!!
-
The TV didn’t work they didn’t have enough towels nothing is remodeled this is not a comfortable place to stay. This is just a stop and go.
-
