Conveniently located near Highway complete with gas stations and multiple food options. Wasn’t as pictured in photos.

The room was clean but only enough towels for one person so we got more. The towels were horrible and don’t dry you off. You had to air dry. We had a room with a king bed so the sink was in the room with us with no separation from the bed and the toilet and shower were in a very small room. Hard to move around.

The manager gave us an extra room at a good discount. The bathroom and beds were clean. It was ok for a 2 night stay. Also, the distance to downtown Charleston, by car, was 15 minutes.

Great hotel great staff enjoyed my stay

All rooms available to me were dirty or had an issue (i.e., a non OTC pill on the floor). All rooms had a dirty shower (i.e., grime on shower door or shower itself, hair in the shower, feces marks in the toilet, & dirty toilet rim). The front desk associate was more than kind and accommodating, even offered to clean the shower herself. However, the rooms were beyond acceptable. I left and found a new hotel for the night.

a few loud clients over the weekends. A receptionist barely understanding you due to language barrier. A kind and knowledgeable receptionist which was helpful and pleasant made my stay wonderful.

They had rooms available... That is it. The housekeepers tapped very lightly on your door before immediately opening your door to enter your room. This occurred several times through the day. This should NOT have happened. They did NOT have wash cloths. They said it was due to a broken washing machine, but they never brought any. Each time we asked for them, we had to wait. It was 98 degrees, and the ice machines were out of order. The refrigerators did not keep items cold. There was hair in our shower.

I would never stay here again. The have roaches and they are little roaches everywhere in the room . The room is nasty. I rather sleep in my car before I ever sleep there again. I think men are pay to sleep with women there as well

I stayed for few days with my dad. It was a good stay overall. The staff were very friendly and we were getting cleaned towels almost everyday. However, one receptionist at night tried to sell me a toothbrush for some cash even though they are given complementarily. My dad went next morning and the lady who was very helpful from the beginning with our room change gave us the complementary toothbrush. Breakfast was fine, area was quite, and not too far away from downtown Charleston.

Room was really disgusting and obviously not cleaned. It looks like they just made the bed (with dirty sheets). Every surface had some sort of sticky or wet spot, the chair in the room had white stains all over it, pee drips on the floor, pee in the toilet, poop on the seat and on wall, blood on lamp shade. Found a large pee stain with brown stuff sprinkled in tucked under the mattress on the sheets my kids slept on. Front desk gave a bottle of cleaner so that we could clean it.

Hotel was very very dirty. Druggies hanging around at night
-
The Room had a weird smell when we walked in. It was INVESTED which cockroaches! Such of horrible experience!
-
The room was in disrepair, toilet paper holding hanging off, etc. it was also dirty and the building was really loud.
-
Absolute s%*#hole. Cockroaches. Stained carpet. Everything was broken. I will never step foot in here again. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs.

The overwhelming smell of Marijuana fills the lobby, hallways, elevator and even the ac pulled it in from the outside. The parking lot was full of work trucks with trailer instead of them parking in the back lot which is unlit and kind of sketchy. We weren't provided with enough towels the second night. The beds arent the worst we have ever had. Was a let down that our room only had a walkin shower.

The room the hallway the lobby the place was when they are done with their bottle caps and cigarette we spend the first 30 minutes cleaning the bathroom because the toilet was covered in pee stains I did mention this to the owner but he couldn’t care less he already got our money.
