Great value for the money—parking is kinda tight

Highly recommended!

All aspects of my stay including the kindness of the staff have made my visit very enjoyable! Thank you very much!

When I tell you staying here was one of my most favorite experiences, I mean it. It’s largely due to the staff as well as how nice the rooms were and how great the breakfast is. Is it in the best area? No but I always felt really good returning back to the hotel knowing that they were going to be freshly baked cookies and a smiling face. Shout out to Marva! If you stay there, I hope you get promoted. Because I feel like your potential is definitely being wasted. I was at another place out in Mount Pleasant and it was not nearly as nice. If you’re OK with the location, this is definitely great for an extended stay.

The service was great, staff was friendly and the environment was comforting and relaxing
-
Excellent choice for those looking for an extended stay! If I'm ever back in the area, I'd definitely rebook!

This is basically a shelter for people in displacement. I found roaches on my first day, our room door key mechanism stop working day before checking out, had to wait in lobby 2.5hrs with a special need child, housekeeping are nasty, regret staying here, never again! I won’t be back do not stay here!
-
The staff were not helpful when it came to room cleaning. They had no idea what was going on most of the time.
-
It was a bit difficult accessing the WiFi. We were told it would automatically connect when we arrived to our room but tar didn’t happen.
-
The room had a unpleasant smell 👃 the room keys didn’t work we had to keep having the front desk lady who had her baby at work with her go back a forth to our room to open it with her master key. It was a big puddle of water on the stairs in the carpet my partner almost fell down the stairs. Asked for a late checkout because of the inconvenience and they didn’t honor that. It was a horrible experience.
-
Polite, helpful staff.
-
However, we were never visited by housekeeping. To be fair, it was most likely my own fault, as I like to sleep late, but not once did we get fresh towels or bedding.
-
The room was clean and breakfast was pretty good.
-
Room service is only certain days for certain floors so make sure you ask when it is. During my week stay I had one day of service. When I asked front desk staff to send them, they ignored me.
-
The best service 10/10

Breakfast is good.

Everything was clean and well maintained, pool was nice, breakfast good

This property has a “tired” feel to it. Furniture is scratched and scuffed, carpets are stained. Needs a remodel. The lady at the front desk who checked us in Was fantastic! So friendly and definitely an asset to this property.
