The pool was clean and easily accessible. Plenty of FREE parking onsite. Several food delivery options along with the hotels own delivery service.

No response from management. Two charges appeared in my credit card. Both unauthorized. My room was paid for in advance. No management available Friday through Sunday.

When I tell you staying here was one of my most favorite experiences, I mean it. It’s largely due to the staff as well as how nice the rooms were and how great the breakfast is. Is it in the best area? No but I always felt really good returning back to the hotel knowing that they were going to be freshly baked cookies and a smiling face. Shout out to Marva! If you stay there, I hope you get promoted. Because I feel like your potential is definitely being wasted. I was at another place out in Mount Pleasant and it was not nearly as nice. If you’re OK with the location, this is definitely great for an extended stay.

The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful. I had a difficult time getting my Marriott number and she help until I got it together. I appreciated that. She was very pleasant to everyone she came in contact with. Everything was great- the food, the place, my suite and the customer service!. I will stay again there at the Northwoods Residence Inn.
