The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. The location is a little rough but nothing the hotel can do about that.

The girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful!

Room had a desk/ pull out table in each room. Also comfortable mini sofa and chairs. So 4 of ur could sit around the table and play a game of cards. Advertised that it was on a free trolley line, but when I asked at the front desk where to catch it , said that there wasn’t one to their knowledge.

Size of room, clean, decent stay, many stores/restaurants nearby. Bathroom could use an update but not a deal breaker. Breakfast had good variety and was plentiful but was nothing to write home about in regards to taste. Again, not a deal breaker.

The property is well kept. Staff worked around the clock cleaning common areas and were some of the most friendly one could encounter in a hotel. The room was spotless. Breakfast was a mixture of hot items and continental. The breakfast attendants and house lady in charge of the common areas were diligent and more than hospitable to guests and were concerned about guest satisfaction.Southern hospitality and a high quality team work effort was also displayed at the front desk by Shakwana and Lashawn and Mrs. Sylvia (housekeeper on 3rd floor).Trusted people like them make me want to book there exclusively.

When we checked in and went to our room got settled in turned on the TV it had dots on the screen ,no bath tub stopper, the pool was cloudy and then turned green . The manager was helpful got a bathtub stopper .Maintenance came and looked at our TV. House keeping did a half job cleaning our room did not vacuum. Couldn't swim because of the pool being dirty On the flip side the hotel manager was able to refund $ because of the issues we had . Would we stay there again probably bc of the area it was in safe place to stay with family or by your self.

Room/hotel was clean and included everything needed. Front desk staff was very friendly and got us checked into our room early. The pool looked a little green so we did not swim. Staff at breakfast in the morning was rude.

The location was great and about 8 minutes from where I needed to travel each day. Shaquana and LaShawm were absolutely amazing. They both deserve a raise. They were very accommodating and compassionate. I started off in room 420. My sister was also on the 4th floor and she moved for the same reason she ended up in 222. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled musty, wet, and stale. It was horrible. I was able to move to another room the next morning which was room 218. Unfortunately, the smell was the same but not as intense. I went and purchased a candle, some bleach, and disinfectant spray. It was the only way I was able to sleep. I had to spray just to be able to sleep even through that it still smelled.

I didn’t like that I had to pay an extra 20 dollars for snacks when I did use them. I still have not received the the refund.

The staff members were pleasant & very friendly! The breakfast was great! The pool was closed during our stay. I booked this hotel specifically for the outside pool for my kids to enjoy! Looked like they had some cleaners there for the pool tho. The location is nice as far as stores & restaurants close by, but some strange people near by all hours. Our room didn’t get serviced daily. (Clean towels & trash taken/ cleaned in general) We had to ask for said services when needed. The WiFi was slow.

I have 1 complaint the pool was out of order for our entire stay, there was an issue with chemicals and the water was green. We picked this hotel for the main reason for having a pool, so this kinda put a damper on things.

Quiet, clean, and friendly staff. Shaquana at the front desk was very professional, made our check-in easy, and suggested local restaurants. Will stay here again.
-
Breakfast is not what I expected, besides the pool was never open, they deducted money from my card without me having allowed it is a total bad option
-
Good location, beds were very nice. Not what I’m used to in a Marriott property. It’s older, the pool was “under maintenance” and looks like it might be closed all summer.

After checking in, we found dirty socks left in the room and a used coffee pack in the coffee pot, so we don’t think the room was really cleaned. There was no ice in the hotel because one machine was broken and the other was empty. While the general manager was very nice, the rest of the staff were rude and not interested in helping guests. We decided to leave at 6 am, and there were no baggage carts anywhere. Breakfast was barely edible the first day and totally inedible the second day. Breakfast was all pre-packaged junk food. It is our first time at a Fairfield and definitely our last. Motel 6 would have been better than this dump.

We had a great stay and the breakfast was delicious every time

Erica was so kind and helpful when checking us in. Room was clean. Nice breakfast. My only complaint is the amount of light that comes in under the curtains. I put a blanket on top of the a/c unit to help block out the light.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful.
