One staff member asked us to watch the housekeeper’s dog while she cleaned the room. We had to decline because we had a meeting and other commitments. We had to purchase our own bug traps and liquid bug spray, but they did not work. The bugs continued to enter the room, and we had to spend money addressing a problem that should have been handled by the hotel. The sheets were not changed, and there were roaches on our beds. This made us extremely uncomfortable and frightened. We were worried about the bugs getting on us and our belongings, and we were unable to sleep well. When we placed the garbage bags and dirty towels in the hallway, staff members saw them and instructed us to take them to the laundry area. We were also told that we could be charged $1.91 for this. This was unreasonable because the hotel had failed to provide proper housekeeping and had not removed the garbage and dirty towels from our room. Overall, the room was not clean or sanitary, and the experience was stressful and disappointing. We expected a clean, safe room with fresh towels, clean sheets, and proper housekeeping. Because of these serious problems, I am requesting a full refund for our stay. The condition of the room and the lack of proper housekeeping didnt meet reasonable.

Property staff are amazing, but the Property could use a little updating.

i didn't even get towels. had to dry off with hand towels, that were, of course, dirty.

There were cockroaches everywhere, the music was so loud in adjacent rooms, the smell of weed permeated the halls and we did not feel safe with equipment not being stolen out of our vehicle that was locked.

They lost power for hours

The location was prefect The room was dirty, the bathroom can use a remodel and the sliding door was unlocked. The balcony was definitely unsafe. The bugs ewwww

My room was full of roaches. I switched room and that was crunch and munch as well. They staff was super nice and gave me an immediate refund. The price will fool you. It’s nasty there!!!

The absolute WORST hotel I've EVER stayed in!!! was unsuccessful @ multiple times trying to request a refund through expedia and cancel booking. I ended up having to stay as to not lose yet more $ on a different hotel. If I could give a ZERO, I WOULD!!! The room had not been swept, the hotel itself was not clean, the TV didn't work, people hanging around out front drinking alcohol sitting in the curb to the parking lot. Another set or 5 or 6 people were "holed up" on the side of the hotel. I did NOT feel safe at all with my grandson while there. NEVER AGAIN!! I probably won't book thru expedia anymore and will tell everyone else not to. If expedia supports THAT kind of hotel, I promise it will not be difficult to go thru another company for booking purposes. Even the room next to mine (I guess it was, sounded like it) had extremely loud music going, etc. The list goes on and on AND ON AND ON!!! The only pleasant stay about this hideous place was the young man who worked the front desk. (African American and slim guy) super nice and very apologetic about everything...

air conditioning was good, however the flooring was appallingly dirty so you had to wear socks constantly unless you wanted your feet to be completely filthy, the shower barely worked and was like taking a shower and bath at the same time (the faucet did not work properly), the toilet was constantly getting clogged and we had to keep using the plunger. the tv also didn’t work half the time, we had to keep fixing the tv as it kept not working whatsoever and refusing to play any of the channels. we kept seeing cockroaches and other bugs on the walls and on the floor, they were also constantly in the kitchen area and bathroom, which was incredibly unsanitary. halfway through our stay we were woken up in the middle of the night to guests fighting in the hallway and screaming at each other, shoving each other into the doors and walls. the staff were friendly but i definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

overall the staff was extremely helpful and professional i will come again only for that reason alone ? 1st we had to spray because of the two or three roaches... It appears that they were renovating one wing was flooded the order was unexcepted.... also the elevator was out very overwhelming.... i think the rate should of been extremely low as an complementary ?

The location The fact that the hotel had roaches . Why pay a deposit & have to kill roaches the second you walk in the door . Instead of accommodating me I was only offered a refund at 11:30PM .

This hotel was good for the price. It's nothing fancy at all, but rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and it's close to everything.
