Not much...the front desk girl was nice, the morning coffee at breakfast was fresh and good. While the coffee was good, the breakfast buffet wasn't anything special, not juices, fresh friut or anything. The whole hotel had a weird layout, the check in desk was difficult to find, the elevators were in a strange dead end space. Just strange...the beds are too high for us older short people, the rug in my room was all bunched up in places, it was very dirty too. The people's trash that was outside their door on Saturday afternoon was still there Sunday morning, the hallways and stairs had little pieces of ."stuff" here and there..The room smelled okay, nothing overpowering but my little dog had a couple of "asthma-like" episodes after being on the floor. $100 pet fee is ridiculous, all told it cost me close to $300 for one night, in a crappy hotel...I went to watch my grandson's hockey tournament before I headed back home to Florida. Was a disappointment for sure...

As a previous Hotel GM, this property is well kept. While there may be a few things that could use done PM done, the room and hotel would pass a QA inspection. The front desk agent Shannon was very pleasant and helpful! We would definitely stay there again

It was a really nice room. The breakfast was “free” but honestly not very good.

Surprise $300 deposit charged. Made me wait over and hour till I could get this sent to me. I had called earlier and was told $40 deposit. Surprised me with this. I stayed here 3 years ago and left because it was a dump. Has not changed.

Wonderful stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Upgraded our rooms which is always a nice touch. Will be returning next visit to Charleston!

We had a nice one night stay in this clean comfortable hotel in the N. Charleston/ Goose Creek area. Both my wife and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a Hotel in this area.

Constant vehicle sounds inside the room from the vehicles on the road made my sleep impossible. Rooms were spacious but nice levels just made a terrible experience. Breakfast was included but waffles maker didn’t work properly and took much cloud made this experience also terrible.

I always stay at that property when I travel for work and I’m always happy with everything. Thanks town place for making me feel like home.
