I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I wish they served breakfast though!

I didn’t realize there was no breakfast included but other than that it was okay. The front desk let me check in early so that was great.

The room was clean and the location was close to the coliseum. Beds were comfy and shower had great pressure. I would stay here again.

The only time we saw anyone actually at the front desk was the day we checked in. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned in the evening each day exhausted and had to get a new key for each day because they were changing the locks or doing whatever. It wouldn't have been so bad if the staff was actually around to help you right away. They are hardly ever at the front desk, especially the guy working nights! We called out, "HEY! Anybody here?" "HELLLLLO????" and still nobody showed. When he finally appeared, he had earbuds in with no sense of urgency that guests were waiting. He laughed it off and didn't even take it seriously. I'll never stay there again because this looks like a pattern with him and leadersnip/managementdoesn't seem to be monitoring their staff. SMH
