Very clean, and the breakfast buffet was good

They charged $24 for 2 nights of parking

The staff was very courteous and the room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of having to pay for parking, which blew me away.

Meghan was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived after a very frustrating travel day. Eric in the kitchen in the morning was very friendly and accommodating during breakfast. Thank you. Our stay in Charleston was unplanned but your hotel made the disruption much better.

Exceptional

Room was not bad, and the staff i spoke to were very nice. I didn't use any of their amenities so i cant remark on that. My major complaint was the fact they only had 1 elevator going that day was kind of ridiculous and that elevator creaked very loudly. I took the stairs instead.

Clean room and convenient parking. Have to pay for parking though but the fee was OK.

Facility was clean and staff was helpful. Paying extra for parking at the facility in addition to the room charge is a total ripoff. How do you expect people with a car to stay unless they park.

We were very surprised to receive a warning tag on our car window very next morning. We didnt realize this was NOT a FREE parking! The tag said we had to register our car at the front, and we got a bill for the parking fee upon check-out. Why weren't we ask to register at the time of check-in? The hotel info says Self Parking Available. Wow, what a cleaver way to describe it. In the room, the bed side table was missing a chunk of plastic casing. Looked so ugly. Carpets had stains and looked it wasn't shampooed for a while. We wont be back here for sure.

The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and safe. The only thing I didn't catch was pay to park. I missed that when I booked the room and it was the first time I have had to pay to park at a hotel.
