I love that they welcome you with your name on the TV when you walk into your room. I love that they had a refrigerator and microwave! A lot of hotel no longer give you a microwave. They gave free breakfast until 10. They were very clean. Nice fitness center and pool area. The only negative is having to pay $14/ night for parking.

We had to take our dog last minutes and the staff was more than accommodating. Everyone was very pleasant

Walls being redone but we’re a mess, floors needed vacuuming, fridge barely kept my stuff cold, every time I went to the front desk, no one was there.

Beautiful property and room. Had a very enjoyable stay.

I wasn’t aware I would need to pay additionally for parking until I arrived( maybe should have done more research on my part), assumed it would be free since it is on property. Otherwise, hotel was clean, right before m was very comfortable, and breakfast was very good.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Stephanie, she help out making our stay better and was very friendly! The breakfast was wonderful, with many choices, and the staff kept the area very clean. The elevator seem to have problems but the staff knew how to fix it. Many areas had tape to hold up corner guards.

We stayed for two weeks and we were happy with servies. But, beware that Hampton just added paying for parking and am not too happy with that. Mostly all hotels in the Charleston area are starting to do that. So, you might want to ask before you stay a long time.
