The sheets were clean The room was not clean. The cleaning was done poorly(sanitizer smeared across mirrors, tv, microwave, upholstery was stained, dirty, filthy corners, etc) the carpet was old, fridge was odd and the particle board shelf under it damaged.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility showing some age. Could use more air circulation in rooms.

The place itself was pretty clean and nice. The only issue was the beds were not comfortable at all.

Property is conveniently located with many eating options nearby. Parking lot is ample and rooms are very large and clean. Staff is friendly. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast options. It's standard hotel breakfast with the powdered eggs, cereal, toaster options, waffles, yogurt and the grey colored sausage that could be so much better hot and even slightly browned. Stayed 6 days and there was little variety so that got old. Was it a deal breaker? I don't know for sure. Not that it's much better but there is a McDonalds on the nearby corner....

The room was clean and the breakfast was a good variety. The pool was very disappointing, the view was awful, the coffee was terrible.

The check-in process was delayed and I had additional 45 minutes after my check in time. The hotel overall was pretty decent and their breakfast was riding on time for the days. I did stay at the hotel. Overall, I’ll consider going back but it wouldn’t be my very first choice.

They are in process of repairing some of the worn parts of the facility

Property wasn’t bad. Electricity went out on Sunday and the power company was to blame however, this is SC and it’a a such thing as a hurricane season, now why this hotel doesn’t have a generator is beyond me. No discounts were given with poor faculty professionalism. We are all hot but try and carry luggage down 4 flights of steps and see how hot you are then! Faculty didn’t have to tote luggage around. Not to mention we are the paying customers. Get it together Spring Hill Suites and find better managers to handle these situations better

Close to family Coffee was cold, luke warm. Condiments were very low. The elevator was very dirty. Missinforned information given about side doors. Power went out the morning if check out, no lights in stair well, very dangerous
