We were up that way for a wedding. What a great gem of a B & B. Hosts were warm and welcoming. This hotel is the BEST located out of all of the choices for the strip of North Conway and all the shops and restaurants. Walkable. This is an old historic house. Small rooms with creaky floors and steep staircases but it was charming and well loved and cared for. Just know that there is no TV in the rooms - just one small common one in the living room area.

A lovely setting away from the crowds where Nellie & Leon provided superb service and hospitality. B&B setting gave us chance to relax on porch and also visit with other guests at breakfast. Very enjoyable and a new favorite stay.

The owners were very welcoming and we had a very memorable stay! The location was great for exploring the white mountains area. We enjoyed the great breakfasts every morning and appreciated all of the help. In general the facilities were very good but as lighter sleepers we didn’t sleep very well. The bed was very squeaky and you could also hear chatter from other rooms. Despite this we would consider staying again.

Leon and Nelly were fabulous hosts

The location was within walking distance. The host and hostess were pleasant. Seating arrangement for breakfast. The house itself is very cute indeed twee but is old and noise carried. Being on bottom floor in a small irregular sized room we heard every movement of the occupants immediately above, furthermore sleep was also interrupted by an exposed pipe which gurgled from time to time. No Tv in room and wasn’t anticipated that the small kitchen was shared by all occupants.

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast and lovely Labradors. Great location to walk into town. Easy parking and very nice hosts.

We liked everything. The hosts, Leon and Nellie couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. And the varied breakfasts.....great. There was nothing to dislike.

Cozy B & B, wonderful couple running the place.

Pretty much everything! Hosts were fantastic, food (breakfasts) was excellent, room and bed were comfortable and clean, location was easy you find and convenient to everything, buildings and surroundings were beautiful and relaxing. Zero complaints.

Don't wonder if we're very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome! By far what I liked the best was there two dogs I felt right at home . Nothing that I could think of .

Accomodations were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Very nice couple.

Very pretty house with great owners and two gorgeous dogs. Tea and coffee on tap and afternoon home baked cookies. Noisy bed

Location was fine. Room was clean. Bathroom outdated, toilet handle wasn't fastened and came out every time the toilet was flushed. Bed was uncomfortable, seemed like it was several inches larger than the box spring and hung over. Paper thin walls, could hear neighbors on the phone, and rolling over in their beds. Room had a cup on dresser with 2 chocolates, we ate one on Friday the day we checked in, and after the staff came in on Sat and emptied the bathroom trash, the other chocolate was missing, That was a bit creepy. Steep narrow stairs up to the room, had to duck not to hit my head.

Leon and Nellie were awesome! They were both so sweet. Breakfast was wonderful! Everything about our experience was exceptional! We will definitely stay there again when we visit North Conway! Well done Leon and Nellie! Nothing!

Great location short walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing both days. Leon and Nellie were warm, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Everything was great!
