I mean don’t get me wrong. The place was clean as a whistle! Nice accommodations but limited amenities. A chair with an ottoman maybe. A luggage rack for placing your suitcase.. I’d stay again, I’d just prepare a few more items. . .

Very well done renovation of a classic motel lodge property. Everything was immaculate and the owner was very nice to talk to. It's nice to see a property like this brought back to life instead of being left in decay. I always loved these types of motels, and it was a joy to be at one again!

For the price, breakfast options would have been a nice addition. Also, a luggage rack in the room.

The fake AI generated room pictures that they advertise so they trick you and make you think that that’s the actual room or any of the rooms. Not only with the rooms, not anything like the pictures, but the room was so small and it had so much chemical smell in. It was impossible to stay for more than 1520 minutes..

We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh! I went to the front desk and they did not have any but the gentleman popped out to the local store to get some for us. I said it was completely unnecessary, but five minutes later, they came to the room with a new tube of toothpaste. They went out of their way to make sure our trip was pleasant. I appreciate the extra effort on their part. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean but small motel. Perfect for a short stay. Manager was very helpful. Good location.

Very clean room, well-suited to our needs for the 2-night stay. Everything looks new and well-maintained. What was not good(from our perspective): the bathroom is too small, you can barely get dressed/undressed; the walls are not properly insulated, and you can hear your neighbors. Just stop and go for 2-3 days is good.

The Blue Beach Inn is a motel, so if you're looking for five-star amenities, this isn't the place. That said, the rooms are recently refurbished, the beds are comfortable, and I have to commend Hersh (Hirsh? Sorry, I'm not sure of the spelling). He manages the front desk, and he's a very responsive, nice guy. Here's something I've never seen before: he prays for the well-being of his guests every night. This is the only hotel manager I've ever met who does this. The motel is next to a very popular brewery as well. Recommendations for improvement? The motel should wash its quilts regularly to remove stains. They should also consider replacing their televisions with smart TV's. A coffee pot in the room would be welcome and wouldn't cost a lot to provide. Pro tip on that: find the local Dave's grocery store. It's a few minutes down the road. Dave's offers free coffee, and it's good coffee. So, for the price and service, this is a good motel.

Decent rooms and serene environment

this is a basic motel for a 1-2 night stay. Clean, easy parking, lots of retail on main road.

Plenty of parking. The room was okay. Clean and modern but really empty, kind of felt like a hospital room… I was charged $100; not $50 for a damage deposit, and never received it back despite leaving the room with no damages.
