Total stay was absolutely horrible

The towels were stained with various things and there was no shampoo or soap in the shower dispensers.

Cute and clean, nice staff, very good location.

Reasonable accommodation for the price.

My 4 day stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. Great customer service.

Great location if you're staying anywhere in Rhode Island or cavorting around New England. The space itself met reasonably standards of sufficiency, and the staff was polite and receptive.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The property was a bit run down and there were some stains on the bedsheets. Nevertheless it was a good place to spend a night.

Bed soft No ice until 9pm not clean mold in shower curtain, damp made everything wet clothes pillows

Our room was clean it smelled good. Not the newest room but it was kept well for the price it was very good.

A/C was perfect

The rooms were very clean. The front door kept slamming, needs a new mechanism. Woke us up at 6am.

Took about 15 minutes for staff to arrive and then check us in to give us are key

The Motor Inn had no services to like. The room was not made up, laundry (towels, washcloths) was not changed. This is a failing kind of place. There were at most only three -four customers renting. I did not observe any concerning behaviors.
