Quality Inn & Suites I-40 East

Breakfast was normal continental. Area for eating was fine. Went to bed around 11:30. Moved the pillow BEDBUGS. Called manager to come look. He did move us to another room but could not rest.

Breakfast was ok. No tv reception in motel all night. Room door security lock was broken. Carpet was horrible. Toilet seat needed maintenance. Way overpriced for condition of room.

The staff were very pleasant. The room did have a “water damage” smell. The air vents had dark spots and the breakfast was almost nonexistent. They did have a beautiful espresso machine!!

The staff was very friendly. The room, clean and affordable would definitely stay again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Just an overnight for us. Location was easy access but next to an old Red Roof that is under construction.

Simple but good breakfast too.

The rooms were up-to-date and very clean. The breakfast area was well set up with great variety. The staff was very polite and professional. I had trouble finding the place because GPS lists it as Pritchard Road and not Pritchard Drive and those are two completely different streets. It’s a little tricky to find buried off the main road, but once you do it, it’ll be worth it.

The breakfast was very simple. The room smells a little stale. The curtains were broken, but the staff fixed relatively quickly. They were able to fix the curtain relatively quickly.

The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean and quiet. I would've given them 5 stars if they had an elevator. But once we booked our room on Expedia, they immediately sent us a message to let us know about the lack of elevator and that they would do their best to accomodate us if we had any issues with that. Definitely worth staying at if that's your price point.

The location is not good and because of that they had not opened the pool for the summer, it is July.
