The manager that was there during my time there went beyond her job ... just know all hero dont wear capes..

Again the manager was great and it sounded like they were going through some changes and trying to get things back on track.

The place was very clean, no problems with the staff they were very friendly

Breakfast was excellent

Room was ok but pillows had a smell to them other then that 👍

My room was excellent. Clean. Everything I needed. Secure. Grounds were quiet and on-duty staff was super friendly. Not a traditional hotel with night lobby staff, so read up on after hours arrival check in procedures if your arrival is after 8 pm.

The front desk guy was extremely nice and welcoming. When we go to the to the room there were only 3 wash rags and no other towels. I was going to dry my hands on one of them and when I picked it up it looked like someone had shaved and left a bunch of little hairs on the rag. It was folded and soap was in a box on top of it. There was also only a half roll of toilet paper. We went to the front desk and asked for towels and toilet paper and the guy was very accommodating. The couch was also very stained up. Other than those things it is in a great location near restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood felt safe.

I wouldn’t stay here again because no one is there to help you after their hours. They never had a rolling luggage cart. The guy said they only had one and it never was available. Also, I didn’t feel safe at times my sister and niece also had somebody following them when they went to their vehicle. There is no broom or anyway to clean the floors, not enough towels. The trash situation is crazy. I will say one thing is the beds are comfortable.

It was a very nice room! We will be staying again in October!

the space and design the location

The toilet paper holder was broken. There was no washcloth in the bathroom. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. There were no pot holders in the kitchen. There was no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. I did not want to run the dishwasher for 4 items. There was no thermostat in the room and it was VERY cold! Would not recommend and would not stay again.

The beds were OK. The facility is fairly new about a year and a half old, but it is extremely dirty. It was short on washcloths so they suggested using a hand towel which was OK coming in one evening. I turned the corner and there’s a big old dog there that that got away scared me to guess cause I thought I was gonna have to shoot the dog and then that would’ve been a big mess

It was a very continent location. It felt safe and it was clean and comfortable.

The location was super convenient! We really liked everything about this hotel. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The room was mostly clean but could’ve been swept up and our fridge had food from the last guests.

Everything was clean and my stay my stay was good. Fleas on property from other peoples pets.

The room reeked as soon as we entered the room. Bathroom smelled like pee. There were no face towels. Current towels were stationed as well as the bed sheets. It was awful. The refrigerator was dirty on the inside. The pictures and review are not true! My experience was overwhelming and uncomfortable.

Nice place for families . Our room had 2 queen sized beds and a sofa bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good for pets asthefe is agreen space for walking them.

Absolutely Cleanest hotel I have stayed in in a very long time!! The breakfast was incredible as well!
