Tru by Hilton North Little Rock

Parking is adequate, but perhaps arrangements for neighboring businesses could alleviate over crowding in hotel parking areas.

Clean rooms. No carpet is a plus.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. Allowed us to check in two hours early and even gave us a goody bag of snacks for our son. Super clean, amazing breakfast buffet. Pool was clean. Absolutely no complaints. I will stay here every time I come to Little Rock in the future. Perfect for families.

The pool door was supposed to be open, it wasn't. There were no towels. The chlorine smell was overpowering, and the breakfast was mediocre, compared to the other Tru hotels I've stayed at. However, room was clean and everything else was fine.

Nice place right off the highway if you are heading west and cutting through Little Rock. Safe location, good breakfast. Comfortable.

Nice hotel in North Little Rock. Liked the walk in shower in our room. Breakfast options were very good. Hotel was clean. Near a variety of restaurants.

Room’s air/fan was off when I entered, and it took hours for it to cool properly. I understand turning the system up when someone is not in it, but turning it off altogether, esp in summer, made it very uncomfortable as I tried to settle in.

Great everything

I had a very late check in, I was able to call the hotel and checking with no problem as I was driving down, was able to take care of everything just needed to pick up my key when I arrived.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, the room was spotless, comfortable bed and pillows, the shower was great, I love the room darkening shade. For breakfast they offered breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, pancakes and more. The staff was friendly, I was provided with 2 bottles of water at check in. I will definitely stay here again.

Will definitely stay again. The shade on our room was broken and there were no rooms to move my family to. We had to sleep with no window blind. However, they credited us the entire bill. Other than the window blind snafoo, the property was PERFECT!
