Fairfield inn by Marriott North Little Rock

I have stayed at this location plenty of times, this visit when I arrived the check in was fine, but the employee did not greet, communicate, or show appreciation. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good. Based on my experience, next time I will stay at different as I like this location and there are other options nearby.

The Fairfield and North Little Rock was very clean and the wind was very comfortable. I love the big walk-in shower the air conditioner very well, which is very important to me. I like that they had a refrigerator so I could keep cold waters. The free breakfast was also very good. The food was fresh and the coffee was really good. I like to start my day with her nice hot coffee and there was good coffee. It had a nice indoor pool. It’s close to several restaurants and also shopping so there are plenty of choices for eating out or shopping. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Little Rock.

Comfortable bed Shower was not clean and shower door did not close properly. The tiny lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty.

Easy access to the freeway. The beds had noisy plastic mattress protectors on them and the thermostat did not have a continuous fan-only setting, which meant the room felt stifling at times.

The room was clean and quiet. The pool and breakfast were enjoyable.

Convenient location with easy access to many area amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is well maintained and our room was clean with no issues. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the area.

Fortunately, we found another hotel (at a higher price) and expedia was able to refund my original booking as well a the price difference. The terrible service by Fairfield was made better by Expedia

We stayed for one night and while the staff at have zero complaints about the front desk staff. They were amazing and hospitable! The room looked good at first but then we noticed the chunks of the popcorn ceiling coming off over the beds. The beds were lumpy and somehow overly hard and the pillows were completely flat. We've stayed at Fairfields before and never had this issue so I'm assuming we just got an older room? The fire alarm went off around 3am (system glitch of some type) and there was a large group of teens there slamming doors and yelling in the halls until the wee hours of the morning.

Absolutely amazing staff (Ms Lolita) greeted us upon checking in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast spread was very good and much better than most other hotels.

Upon checking in, I have on file that I would like a down pillow. However, the desk Person kept forgetting so I finally gave up on it. Breakfast was ridiculous. Coffee was cold. There was no yogurt no boiled eggs no sweet breads. The refrigerator in the room goes off every two hours clearly while you’re sleeping it goes off ridiculous. Smallest TV ever. Just didn’t feel like the staff really cared.
