Room was clean and comfortable, but shower kept opening, had to hold closed with foot… that was awful. The shower door opening.

Air conditioner leaked and 1/4 of the entire floor of the carpet in the room was wet near it. Didn't notice till late that night when we were walking bare foot. Totally gross!! Front office staff said they would comp the room some. Never did.

Ad said sleeps 5. It was 2 queen beds. When asking for accommodations for the 5th person they opted to offer us to purchase an other room for $300 a night.

They could use some updates. The dark carpet looks dated, the mini fridge was noisy and woke me at 1 am, no ice machine on the 4th floor. The staff was excellent!

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good if typical of hotels. The coffee was very good, but get there before 8 am. The check-in included a $20 rate boost on top of the rate quoted through Booking.com after the clerk asked if I was a rewards member. I was not.

We used the pool facilities; it was clean and towels were well stocked. Breakfast buffet offered a good selection. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
