Great place but they charged me for my room when I got there I tried telling them I already paid

The was clean and we had a good stay!

Clean room and good breakfast. Convenient location (right behind a Cracker Barrel! Also next to a large Tesla charging station.

This was an easy pick as my wife and I traveled across the US, headed home. We were pulling a travel trailer and needed a hotel stay for rest. Fairfield was just the place.

I sat in the parking lot and booked my stay. When I went in to check in the room that I had paid for was unavailable. Apparently there was something to do with a broken pipe. I had a double queen, and I was upgraded to a king at no additional cost. I got up early to go down and have their complementary breakfast. It was the usual continental. It was very average. The cheese for the eggs was moldy. Went back upstairs to take a shower before I checked out, and there was mold around the plastic in the shower. The only other issue I had was the TV didn’t work. And all they did was refund me $20 for the inconvenience. The facility wasn’t bad. I just think they could’ve refunded more than $20. Not being able to use the main TV was a little bit ridiculous. I did like the convenience of the soaps being attached to the wall in the shower.. I would more than likely stay again, but I would want to have it on a better price than what I got for it.

Tv didn’t work, but we didn’t turn this in because we arrived late. Mattresses were covered in plastic that crinkled all night.

Property was amazing! It was very clean and smelled amazing! Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was so helpful! They were able to check me in early and everything!

I have stayed at this location plenty of times, this visit when I arrived the check in was fine, but the employee did not greet, communicate, or show appreciation. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good. Based on my experience, next time I will stay at different as I like this location and there are other options nearby.

The Fairfield and North Little Rock was very clean and the wind was very comfortable. I love the big walk-in shower the air conditioner very well, which is very important to me. I like that they had a refrigerator so I could keep cold waters. The free breakfast was also very good. The food was fresh and the coffee was really good. I like to start my day with her nice hot coffee and there was good coffee. It had a nice indoor pool. It’s close to several restaurants and also shopping so there are plenty of choices for eating out or shopping. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Little Rock.

Easy access to the freeway. The beds had noisy plastic mattress protectors on them and the thermostat did not have a continuous fan-only setting, which meant the room felt stifling at times.

The room was clean and quiet. The pool and breakfast were enjoyable.

Convenient location with easy access to many area amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is well maintained and our room was clean with no issues. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the area.
