only had 1 towel and couldn't get ahold of anyone to get more, for 2 day stay that was annoying

It was a group of us from MS & we had appz 6-7 rooms & atleast 2 of our rooms had hair in the bed, pillows & sheets were stained, tub was filthy to point we were scared to use it. We just took sink baths & squatted over toilet the whole time. Then to top it off a couple next door to us woke us up fighting each other early in the morning & police had to come. This is not a place that I would want to ever stay again....

Everything. The first room the smoking room looked like something out of a night mare or a bad movie. There were at least 10 burn holes in the comforter but yet it was still in use on the bed. It looked nasty. It was on thd very back of the hotel and was sketchy and scary. The clerk did change my room but even though I was there right at the 3 pm check in time he said the hotel was full and told me the only non smoking room he had was a slightly higher priced room. I took it and paid the difference because as I said I felt I had no choice. I honestly wish now I had just got my money back and drove the over 3chours home aft er my concert. Because I literally did not sleep in that room. I couldn't tell if the sheets and pillowcases and blankets were clean or not because they were so old and beat up. I think the sheets at least had been laundered but pretty much doubt anything else had. The place is just a run down dump. The staff weren't nice. I asked where the ice machine was he pointed and rolled his eyes. It was a total waste of money. Then they have the AUDACITY to charge you a 50 dollar deposit that I didn't see listed anywhere on the booking. Like you might damage something. The room wasn't worth 50 dollars to start with. Disgusting. I was shocked because its in what I feel is a pretty good area of town close to the mall and all thr stores. Pass this place by unless you are desperate gor shelter. Just sketchy and shabby and yuck.

The air conditioner didn't work it was so hot

They say online it comes with a mini refrigerator and microwave and it indeed Does NOT. He Said None Of The Rooms Have It When I Asked After Purchasing Cold Food That Had To Go To Waste . The Staff At Front Desk Was A Guy And Very Rude.

The bath tub was disgusting. Black streaks on the bottom. Needs to be replaced. The bathroom door was painted poorly and needs replaced.

The TV didnt work, they even brought maintenance man in and it still dint work. We didnt care tho. Water pressure wasnt fantastic but we didnt care.

The air conditioner didn't work it was burning hot

The people are very nice and safe place stay. Cleaning people are sweet as they can be.

Location was great

Staff was friendly and helpful. Had hot water and a place to lay my head but I didnt enjoy being in that room. The ceiling in the bedroom area was covered in mold. And I mean everywhere. Ive been in hotels where there is a touch of mold in the bathroom but this was crazy. I dont know why we didnt say anything. I guess I was scared I would get a worse room. It also smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

They had only 2 very thin towels and one hand towel. So not enough towels to dry off good and no complimentary shampoo in rooms (I never forget mine, this time I did)

First the property would not let me have same room the next two nights. The new room TV was broken, black mold on ceiling.

Room smelled very fresh when walking in Bathroom could have been cleaner
