La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham N Little Rock-McCain Mall

Location was okay Upon entering the room, it imminently smelled like feet and mold. Everything was worn off and dirty. I could not wait to leave the room first thing in the morning. Please DO NOT book a room with this hotel.

The hotel needs an upgrade, the ceiling in my rooms were stained and some falling out,the fridge is so old that it doesn't get very cold, the Ac vent keep opening unprovoked, and same breakfast was served foe my whole 10days of stay

Location The bed and pillows

The desk was open and inviting. The clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We’ve definitely discovered our favorite staycay in Little Rock!

Nothing The manager touched me inappropriately when I reported a bug problem he demanded to come inside my room and he touched my back and shoulders and arms when I showed him the bites

The hotel manager was the most rude person I every had to deal with he was profiling me the minute I walk in the he was sitting down with three other people and when I walked up he said I didn't have a room and I told him I did and he asked for my ID and then found it and said that he didn't have a a room able until 3 it was 230 and he was sitting down with other people and when the next person come in behind me he checked them in no problem

Rooms were not as advertised. Mold in the ceiling in the bathrooms.

The property was convenient to road and highway access to local restaurants

I didn't get up for breakfast The elevator is small, and when people have pets, the odor lingers, not sure where you're stepping.

Passing through and had a great stay for the night and good breakfast

Exceptional

Wasn't clean but staffs are friendly.

Location was perfect.i like that you can pay for a late check out. The pool was closed. There was construction going on through the night.

Very good

Staff was very friendly, facility needs updated

Clean, convenient and safe location, pleasant staff, comfortable accommodations.

Exceptional

Most was great. Need scrambled eggs added to the breakfast.

Great value! Perfect for what I needed.

I was told that the pool was open and fully functional, it was not. The pool was green and not usable.
