Everything worn!!! Furniture, carpet, malfunctioning ac and smelled of mold, etc

DO NOT Stay here, had to change rooms twice, blood on covers and rooms smelled. It was an event going on and it was hot, they only wanted to provide a set of towels per day, then finally gave more after you returned the other ones and they were counting them when returned. Had a sign at breakfast if you take food back to your room you'll be charged 40.00. And so many were complaining about there stay also.

Yes the AC was cooling and the parking was fine. The only issue I had was the room I was in needed a deep cleaning. Other that everything was fine. The check in and the staff was friendly and kind. Their breakfast was fine.

It was a horrible experience the people at the front desk were rude the hotel had mold all on the ceilings and they did not change the sheets everything was just dirty

Beds were ok, the air conditioning was great. A few astetics weren't that nice but for the price it was good .

No towels, No soap/body wash and the drainage system didn't work in the sink or shower. Holes in the sheets, curtains barely hanging up & let's not forget the mold around the tub with a "foreign smell" from the elevators to the inside off Room 308. Very poor conditions for the money. Should change the name to Motel 6

The mattress had a dent in it that made you sink in. Bottom mattress had brown stains. Couch looked like it haven’t been cleaned in a while. Pool was so nasty and unpleasant couldn’t go for a morning swim because it was so dirty. Disappointed for sure

Pros: Cost efficient compare to other hotels that may be within a 5-10 mile radius. Near a few restaurants and right by the internet. Free parking. Multiple charging outlets that can use regular USB or USB-C. Water gets pretty hot for showers. Cons: Hotel had areas that were neglected (such as the small gym area where equipment was broken). Has a strong odor mixture of mildew and Indian food. There was a day where my water in the shower ran brown for about 3 mins. It only happened once during 2 weeks. WiFi is not free. If you are into aesthetics, it is not appealing to the eye. A lot of painting over problems. I did not eat any food here, but I think it has free breakfast. In short, if you just need someone to stay for an affordable price, it will suffice. If you want an experience (or want stay somewhere nice), this ain’t it.

The pool

Waited for checkin 5-10 minutes before anyone appeared. Her cell phone was ringing as well as desk phone. Beds were clean and comfortable. We were late arrival. The bathroom toilet seat was wobbly. The lid would not stay up for my husband. The sink poured water onto counter. The bath mat was nasty and there was a slimy substance underneath it. The bathroom door would not close properly. It was dragging on the bottom. The food in breakfast area was cold and not much from which to choose. There was coffee maker in room but no sugar or creamer. The microwave plate did not fit properly. Brought food from breakfast area because it was cold. Overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed in except for the bed.

I will definitely revisit the hotel. Courteous staff and ease of location.

The staff was friendly. I went down to breakfast around 8:30 and got a biscuit with gravy. It was cold, but I microwaved it and it was fine. Tried using the treadmill in the workout room, but it had an error message and wouldn’t turn on. The overall experience was just ok. I wouldn’t choose to stay again.

The only issue I had was the pool had not been cleaned the next morning. It had leaves and dead bugs. My husband did grab the net and cleaned it out.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.

The first room was musty. Second room was better but still not that great.

The room was great clean. The pool was nice breakfast staff was a little slow, getting keeping the food out on the counter for people but other than that it was great.

The carpet had a bad smell. The floors were dirty. All the faucets in the bathroom were loose and almost broken. I was scared to touch them in case they came out and broke they will charge me for breaking them. I wonder if Wyndham has any policy on inspecting the properties at all In all a bad experience. Will not recommmend

I was originally excited for the stay due to reviews. Once I arrived I was at the front desk for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. I even went to my car to check on my family after waiting came back in and waited anther 5 to 10 minutes and still no one ever came to the front desk to check in. We left and just booked another hotel.

There was mold in the shower, soap containers were almost empty, restroom was poorly maintained and the breakfast was lackluster.
