Very good breakfast , excellent location , good value ...ran out of potatoes at 8:15 breakfast

The location is a good spot and the bed was the most comfortable out of all hotels during my road trip. Even though you do receive it back I definitely don’t like the $100 dollar incidentals that you get charged. You have the option to pay cash which you receive right away or you pay card and receive it in a few days. But it is an inconvenience when you didn’t plan for it.

The staff was very polite and acted like they enjoyed their job When we went to get breakfast it was 9:55 am. The young lady had take. Down every think. I am diabetic and have to eat. She was nonchalant-about what I requested. There were about 3 of us. The price included breakfast and we did not get breakfast which was wrong. We have listen you all as one of our favorite hotels for our next years reunion. This was unacceptable. Just imagine if all 100 of us had stayed there. Please speak with you employee.

Rooms were updated and clean. In fact, the whole facility was clean. Breakfast was well-prepared and tasty. Some of the carpet is showing a little wear. But everything was well-kept and clean.

Very good location, very good breakfast, eggs , biscuits & gravy, sausage, oatmeal etc. Housekeeper didn't leave the key to turn on the morning breakfast juice machine.

Super clean room, no perfume or room freshener used by housekeeping - the room smelled naturally fresh! Hotel overall was almost impeccably clean. Air conditioner works GREAT & not too loud never woke me up. USB outlets on both nightstand lamps. Nice desk & agronomic office chair work station in the room, large rooms. Black out curtains on the large window. Extra comfortable beds, nice hot water in the shower which is a plus! Big fridge & freezer and it had a nice sized microwave. Lots of front parking (if you have a trailer or rig there is plenary of long parking along the building/hotel on the street). Staff were incredibly nice & clearly all liked working there. VERY SAFE PROPERTY and pretty close to freeway access. But far enough away you hear no freeway traffic. They have excessive exterior cameras which I loved for security. Nice lobby entrance, big selection for their morning breakfast. Hotel was quiet even when mostly full nice solid walls & ceiling to the floor above me. I had a service dog with me, pet (dog) friendly. I give this property for its nightly cost & for what you get a solid 9.5. Not a 10 because they don’t have an area to purchase snacks. I only saw a drink vending machines but I ordered DoorDash and that was perfect too - I definitely recommend this property & I will stay here again on my way back thru next time. Hope this helps

As I was getting ready and my child was still sleeping the phone rang. It was 9:45 am. It was housekeeping asking if they could clean the room. Check out was 11 am. I have never in my life experienced that. Absolutely insane policy.

Very clean and nice. The only complaint was the elevator smells like marijuana. It wasn’t just once every time we got on the elevator it was a strong smell . If I stay again I will be requesting ground level.

Pleasant

Lovely staff, clean beds, close proximity to the interstate! Stopped here to rest overnight after a long day of driving. About 4 mins off the interstate and they have a good amount of gas stations and places to grab a quick snack before heading back onto the road! Me and my husband had no issues with our stay and would highly recommend! :) pretty safe area as well 😄

Our stay was short, but very pleasant. All the amenities we needed for our concert night along with big screen tv. Great location in North Little Rock close to Simmons Bank Arena. Excellent breakfast and very accommodating,open until 10 am Sundays.

We only booked the room to stay close by to family while we were home for a few days. We were gone most of the time.
