Spark by Hilton North Little Rock

Okay property

Great location. Rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful.

Everything

Our room was missing a chair (only a bed and large stool under the desk area for sitting), a coffee pot, and an alarm clock. The indoor swimming pool was cold. Breakfast was sad…nothing hot, few options, and close seating.

No comments at this time.

Near restaurants and other facilities. Breakfast not so that great.

We had a truck and trailer that was a bit larger than normal and the staff went above and beyond for us to find safe parking and get us checked in especially since it was a a late last minute check in. We were very impressed.

they canceled my reservation before i got there.after i called that morning and spoke with a representative at the hotel.

Enjoyed my six night stay with my dog. Most of the staff were super friendly and my privacy was respected. I do wish there were microwaves in the rooms, but that’s about my only complaint.

The staff was very friendly. I love the fact that they gave plenty of towels and the essential that you need for the room. I would definitely go back.

The room was clean. We had no issues with anything. The puppies were welcomed. They had no issues. It was great!!!

Staff were amazing. Room was very clean.

Was not upfront about total fees and deposit, tried to charge me for 2 nights instead of 1. Woman at the front was rude, did not stay

Very nice, Clean, very helpful and friendly staff, but the pool was ice cold.

I like that the soundproofing is good so we can have a good night’s sleep. I did not like the breakfast because there is not much there is to eat.

It stated was a non-smoking facility but all I smelled was weed when I was on the 3rd floor. The AC was not working properly. It was hot and on my wedding day before I got out of the elevator I was already sweating my makeup off. The staff was not helpful and most couldn’t understand English.

Smelly carpet in our room. Strong deodorizer smell smacks you at the door.

The property was in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. It was very close to my family's house. I will stay here again!!! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were very clean.

It was clean and staff was very nice and friendly The pool heater was out so water was extremely cold and the ceiling in my room sounded like it was going to fall in because off the people above me and the ac did work but not the best also no hot food for breakfast

Chick-fil-A was next door and 7Brew was just down the street. Seems to be some homeless walking around so a security guard would be nice.
