Spark by Hilton North Little Rock

There is no microwave in the room even though the listing has it as a room amenity. There is no coffee maker in the room either. When I asked reception the response I got was “no we have that here in the lobby only” The ice machine was broken on the first floor but they do have another one. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not have bags for the ice buckets nor were the buckets cleaned between use. Several were dirty and soaking wet, which is why bags are needed. The continental breakfast was ok, but it lacks any hot options unless you want a toasted bagel. No eggs, bacon, sausage, or pancakes offered.

The $100 deductible after you’ve already fully paid for a room just to have access to the bar is a bit excessive if you’re gonna do that it shouldn’t be $100 in my opinion but other than that great service great people nice clean establishment

Pro. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are located in the bathroom. Nice hardwood floors.

Everything was great. The pool was freezing cold and it was an indoor pool. It was so cold you could not enjoy it. However, the room was great the hotel was nice and I would stay there again. The staff were very friendly and very nice. Check in was super quick!

It was a nice stay

If you are looking for a clean well maintained property to spend the night, this might be the place you are looking for. No frills, just good, comfortable, service. Enjoy!

Location was good, near many eating places. Room was nice and clean. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient. We did some laundry on site as well. No real complaints and would definitely consider Spark for future stays. The only weird thing is you have sign up for something to use the WiFi.

Not make much contact with the staff the front desk personal were very nice a made sure everything turned out good. Was getting a lot I medically treatments done in a 3 day period was better staying there instead of the lobby of the doctor's office. Worked out so well I may do it again in 4 weeks. Couldn't eat anyone the food served. Parking was good

The room was very warm all evening. I adjusted the thermostat but the room did not cool off til 2a.m.

I loved everything about this hotel. The room as well as the lobby and outside was very clean. Although I was traveling alone I felt very safe and secure here. All of the staff I encountered was very kind, especially the lady at the front desk when I checked in.

Nice for price

They switched our room from a king to a room with 2 queen beds because of over booking (didnt tell us) even though i booked the room over a month in advance. Then when we get into the room and the mini fridge was leaking with towels inside and outside of the fridge. The room smelt very musty. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and the beds were clean.

I believe this is a newer location. It was very well done. Staff was polite and accommodating.

Front desk was very resourceful and nice ! Room was clean and i complimented the cleanliness upon arrive .

Bad breakfast. They just had some boiled eggs and muffins. Very disappointing for the price

Room was nice, the desk clerk was friendly. The continental breakfast was lacking.
