Location Toliet clogged, getting car unloaded inconvenient, housekeeping did not make the beds, didnt leave toliet paper

Location Parking and the breakfast was ok but could have been better. The way it was located was not good, the tables and the line for food was all in the same area and you were standing on top of people trying to eat and get coffee, juice, food all in a small area. Not good!!

Wonderful breakfast, large bathtub. Staff more than accommodating. Too little parking and beds need put on opposite side of room. Air conditioner blew on us when in bed. No way to change air flow. We piled all the pillows on the couch to block air. Low water pressure in shower.

Everything was wonderful breakfast was delicious, room was clean, bed and pillows was soft. We even saw some dolphins swimming when we walked down to the beach. Only complaint ,which was really nothing was that the toilet moved

Right on the beach. The room was large and soundproof. Nice pool. The filter on the lazy river was not working. The water was green.

Very good good selection of foods. Generous portions given Our only problem was the toilet kept not flushing well but the maintenance man was very promt on fixing the problem

The close proximity to the beach. The odor in the room, had me stuffy but luckily I wasn’t in the room much only to sleep. The sheets were ripped, the dresser had a strong smell once opened. The towels had stains and the sheets too.

Breakfast was good. Parking was ok after we found out what to do. Room needed more cleaning— vacuuming but was ok. Towels provided daily was nice. We would stay again.
