Best Western Ocean Sands Beach Resort

Breakfast was awesome the rooms are clean and came off the beach and the room had been cleaned. Had ocean front and the view was beautiful. Very satisfied with staff and room

Friendly staff. Great access to the beach.

The smell of weed was so bad at this property, I decided to just deal with it. Then when I saw the rat down at the pool, I was out. I will not stay there again. We left early and they would not even credit me back for my time we were not there. I will Not be staying there again!!

Room was dated but clean staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is older and needs some updating but we had a great time

Resort and staff are very nice! Property was located right on the beach . You can listen and see the ocean from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing with so many different choices to choose from.The tiki bar is a must do and is poolside making it very accommodating!! The location of the resort was a very close drive to all North Myrtle attractions!! Thank you Best Western Ocean Sands for another Wonderful Family trip!!!

View was great. Very nice room. Very good breakfast but was a bit crowded. Nice clean pools. Nice tiki bar. Overall a very good stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was like staying at a 60s or 70s updated motel when you were traveling, The rooms that were shown were a whole lot different from what we had. Luckily we only were there for two nights.

Breakfast was great and convenient Maybe additional servers during peak hours

We loved the location, views, & staff. It's a Lil dated the back area to where tables were to eat had a lot of materials laying around . Out door furniture on balcony could use a Lil update. Same menu except meat for breakfast could also be a Lil different.

What i didn't like or lest was the parking, even through we got a good space each time we went out and came in. The staff was very friendly and polite also helpful. Whether we needed towels or directions. Thank you Best Western for an awesome vacation get away. I will be back!

Extremely old building requires renovation, pool water green, very limited parking, locals using pool and parking.

Clean rooms,pleasant staff, the location and view were outstanding.

The bed was so comfortable, it's a hard thing to come across in a hotel. The best bed yet!! I love the views and the breakfast was delicious. Parking

The best part of this hotel was that it’s beachside! The pictures on the website are not how the rooms actually look inside smh! They’d do a lot better if they were honest about how the room’s actually look inside! The fact that I set up my reservation online with the intent to pay at the hotel (no prepayment) and the hotel kept trying to charge my card for a deposit baffled me. When I called I was told I had to make a deposit to hold the rooms. I was under the impression that no prepayment and pay at check in meant just that! All in all we had to make do with what we had! My grandchildren enjoyed the beach but, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, unless it was a last resort!

Breakfast was crowded. Tiki bar hours not consistent. More live music. Music was only Saturday.

The view was the only good part of the hotel Old outdated building the price was not worth what I got the room and the hotel looked a lot better in pictures than in person they had one elevator for 10 floors poorly ventilated and smelled very bad in halls and the elevator the balcony had water all over it from the air conditioner and the one above us dripped on us the shower was old and non stop dripping the maids left our door open anybody could have came in and wiped us out very disappointed overall charge way too much for the room I will never stay there again

Close to the beach the rooms were clean and staff was very helpful would stay here again !
