We had a fantastic stay! Our room was excellent- very clean, lots of space, wonderful ocean view, nice little kitchenette, and comfortable king bed. The breakfast was very good. On top of all that, the staff was absolutely awesome! We came to celebrate our anniversary and decided last minute that we wanted to extend our stay an extra night. At first they were completely booked but they stayed on top of last minute cancellations and even worked everything out enough to let us stay in the same room for the extra night. We were so happy! This is now our go to place anytime we come to the beach! Thanks so much for making our stay so special!

The bathroom and kitchen area were unclean. There was a roach in the bathroom, the night we got there, and there was used soap and hair stuck to the wall of the bathtub. The bathtub was not cleaned. Obviously there was garbage on the floor in front of the kitchen area. I was in total shock. I realized how dirty the bathtub was the day after I got there when I wanted to take a shower. I went downstairs around 9:30 AM and told the front desk. They sent someone to clean it. I would like to receive some kind of compensation for this as I paid a lot of money to stay in this resort.

The few issues I would have would be breakfast, but it’s just my opinion is that they have the same breakfast everyday obviously if you stay a week you’ll get tired of eating the same food, not trying to sound cheap either. And also the parking space is very limited…. Other than that it was amazing!

Breakfast was always hot and ready and it is served to you by the staff. Our room was cleaned daily and our view was beautiful. There are multiple pools to enjoy as well. There even was a live performance which was a very nice surprise for us. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

Our room was stained and dirty. We had hair on the floor and stuck in the hair dryer. The white comforter had a brown stain. The couch was stained and dirty and the tub would not drain and you had to flush the toilet 3 times before everything went down. Either then that the staff was friendly and the view from the second floor was great if no one was outside in the pool.

Overall positive experience with some notable drawbacks. Family-friendly hotel in a location that can't be beat right on the beach. Very friendly and helpful employees, and nice free breakfast options. Plenty of free parking, though you may have to cross the street for it. The room I had in the "annex" was in need of updates, the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned ahead of my stay, and the bathroom had the littlest sink you can imagine. The fitness center was abysmal, enough that I lodged safety concerns about the equipment conditions and hygiene of the space when I checked out.

The hotel is very old and not fancy but was fine for our needs. Kids seemed to enjoy the pools. Easy acess to the beach and beach was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in plastic to go containers which seems a bit environmentally unfriendly. All in all we enjoyed the stay.

This was NOT what was pictured online. The room was gross. There was hair in the bathroom, the pillows were stained up. Gunk on the lamp shades. We didn’t even want to take our shoes off. We checked in and right when we opened the door it smelled. We didn’t stay the night there and they wouldn’t refund that night-only the next 2 nights. So disappointed, and I’m out $300!!

Room was clean. Just recommend some updates in the bathroom and carpet cleaning. Breakfast was good! And the staff was very helpful. We liked the pool and lazy river and being on the beach.

Our stay at the best western Myrtle beach was phenomenal. The staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was great and complimentary every morning. Clean rooms. A+
