The front desk associate was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, and I can honestly say those sheets were bleached down to the gods—they smelled fresh and looked spotless. The ocean view from our room was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Is this the most luxurious place in Myrtle Beach? No. But if you're looking for a clean, affordable place for a quick beach getaway, it absolutely gets the job done. Considering the price, I was happy with my stay, and I'd definitely come back again. Sometimes it's not about perfection—it's about good service, a clean room, and waking up to a beautiful view. This place delivered on those things.

Our sheets and blankets had stains and crumbs all over, when we went to the front desk to ask for new sheets we received attitude for it… insanely dirty and reeked of mold and mildew as soon as u walk in the room

The trail to the beach was not well maintained

The room was not clean, there were cockroaches everywhere, someone's contacts were dried up and they left it on the table. There were hair on the towel. Needs to do better at cleaning.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE! I was told I would be receiving a refund by the front office manager, then I had to email the owner pictures and videos of the roaches. Then the owner told me I was getting no refund. HORRIBLE PLACE AND SCAMMERS!!

This place has roaches everywhere the lights in the room don’t work! It was dirty outdated busted doors the toilet didn’t work have the time!! I hated this place!!!

Do not recommend staying, first off the room has ROACHES I bought pizza ate two slices went to the beach when I got back the roaches was feasting on my pizza. Also Wi-Fi was terrible but if you don’t mind roaches then all good

What was supposed to be a nice weekend getaway for me and my girls turned into a disaster. After working damn near 60 hours all week driving the 4 1/2 hours to get there. We arrive at this hotel. That looks nothing like its photos. The maintenance man checked us in, he never took a copy of my ID or anything. We made it up to the room after huffing four flights of steps because the elevator was disgusting… To walk in and find a massive hole directly above the door as soon as we step foot inside, multiple cockroaches, climbing the wall behind the microwave… No kind of secure lock on the door. There were visible stains on the mattress from bedbugs… 10 out of 10 do not recommend this hotel. We frequent the beach often and this was a last-minute trip idea to which we thought it would be OK for just us group of girls. We did have children with us to which I would not allow inside, nor would I have allowed them to stay in it.

Don’t stay here especially if you got kids It’s not what it looks like in the picture I don’t know where to began!!! If they didn’t take my money out before I got there then I would got a refund.. there were no staff available the hotel was running itself. The room had roaches in the bathroom I had to set traps … the sheets were dirty… There’s one washer one dryer… the whole room is outdated no one cleaned the room at all the doors barley locked…. If I didn’t drive so far I would had turned around had to go to family dollar to buy clean stuff for the room. Elevator is outdated holes in the bathroom doors like someone kicked it down …. No No No The doors do not automatically lock I will never ever recommend they should be ashamed of the way it looks

The rooms was old and nasty smell like cigarettes carpet feels nasty have to work shoes. There was roaches. The manager got mad when I was telling her how i felt about the room and had a attitude and got into with my girlfriend she was really unprofessional
