This was the Dirtiest Motel I ever seen dirty beds,Roach in the bathroom in ask the lady at the front desk if she wanted to see it she told me no . Picture did not match the room !!!

The front desk was never there for help with any issue.

It was straight at the beach It’s wasn’t worth $490 for two nights. Not really the cleanest.

Fantastic beachfront location in quiet area.Very old and rundown but comfy beds,nice staff working lobby.If I was the owner I would start major renovation. Best price to be on the very nice beach.

Don’t know could get book in no one was at front desk Nothing !!!!!!! My family and I had to sleep in the car and the next day book into another hotel. I was there at 10:43p I mean no one was at the front desk with a number in the window of the door to call for service that is bullshit!!! I drove 9 hours to make it to this hotel … just bull shit!!!!!

Nice ocean front floor was nice third floor Really got upset about the bugs. I think it was roaches, but still, I was hoping it wouldn’t bedbugs.

I do not know anything about that hotel. It was booked on the wrong date and I asked for it to be canceled and you never did so. I did not ask for the date that you booked it because my family would have been leaving that day

Our room was one with a small kitchen and stove, however no utensils, dishes, pots/pans, or cups. The dishwasher was missing. There was no hair dryer. The parking lot is free but very small. The office was barely open. There was a phone number to call but when we did about not having a parking spot one evening, their response was “I don’t know what to tell you”. They should at least have a separate lot to park in for overflow. The pool was not inviting and looked unclean. The toilet was cracked and off balance. The furniture had stains all over it, including the cloth chairs. The only good thing about this place was we had a beachfront view from the 5th floor and the air conditioner worked. The bed was comfortable but the comforter had a few stains on it. I would NOT recommend nor will I ever be back to this hotel!

Room 308 smell like mold and ass. Very poor

Entirely UNSAFE and run down. I DID NOT STAY !! Expedia is refusing my request for a FULL REFUND !! I WILL PURSUE THIS IN COURT IF NECESSARY! EXPEDIA IS UNETHICAL

Less expensive beachfront stay. Older building. Parking very limited. Room was cleaned but had a musty odor. Staff was friendly and reachable after hours.

Running down motel that needs to be sold to someone who can tear it down and build a new Hotel. Great view on upper floors. Nasty, Bugs, and A/C didn't cool the room down. Unable to sleep so I left during the night. Pool need clean but property is so bad it doesn't matter. Waste of my time and money. If Inspectors pass that place then the city is only after money. I will not be back.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The balcony view was the only nice thing. The bathtub was completely disgusting, the floors didn’t look like it had even been cleaned or vacuumed, the tv wouldn’t work, the toilet would hardly flush at all.

It has to give it working cleaning conditions, the sheets and towels clean, have tremendous hygiene, they should close it so that they can fix it, pay for it and I had to bathe in another pool because there was no hygiene. Give the conclusion to the entire hotel.
