Hotel was great

The room wasn’t clean like it needed to be, but the staff was kind and helpful. The bedding was dirty and I had to ask the cleaning lady to come change the sheets on the pullout couch. Cockroaches were visible, had to get the key from front desk every time I wanted to go to gym, room doors didn’t shut all the way and you had to slam it to close. For the price it cost, I should have had a better experience

The beds were the worse I have ever had! Hard and slide off the metal platform it was on! The breakfast not that good, broken down car with tire off in parking lot! Cigarette butts all over the ground by doors. Hall floors nasty.

Hotel manager was not very friendly. Our king bed made a medal rumbling sound at one end of the bed. They did come up and fix that but afterwards left the room is dioptions. Will not stay at this property again.

I called the hotel from the marina to inform them I would be checking in late, they told me I didn't have a reservation. Went through a small conversation with them again and they stated that I didn't have a booking at their hotel.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. We had a multi-family stay and wanted to extend the booking. The staff was very understanding and went above and beyond to meet our needs

One of the things I love the most is that it had two bedside tables, whereas most hotels only have one so I really appreciated that I also love that it was pet friendly The grounds were had some trashy looking things around the trash cans Breakfast could use some improvement. It was just OK The staff was really great and I appreciate that as well

Nothing special. Never ate breakfast. Requested towels, they briught them but didn't take the pile of used ones in the bathroom?!?

Overall appearance and cleanness of the property and room was poor but the room met our needs and price was right.

It was a decent place to stay; nothing great, nothing terrible. Our room had an odd smell but it was overall clean. Staff friendliness was okay. Location is good. Breakfast was decent. Air conditioning in room worked great! Room was very spacious. The bed in our room was bad - very noisy and you could feel EVERY coil in the mattress. But the beds in our kids’ room were fine. I would stay again if need be. I think the price is a bit too high for the value, but not outrageous.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room very Spartan. Not much on the breakfast buffet.

We had a great time. We didn't use the pool but it was open. Breakfast was great!! Hot and cold foods variety. Friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. AC was perfect.

This is a spacious hotel, however it is highly humid.

It was a wonderful place, clean, quiet, air conditioning worked. Only complaint and not their fault, I was on vacation and breakfast was only until 9am and we are night shifters so we definitely weren't awake in time. but it smelled heavenly!
