Great stay you can tell they had just done work and I believe they were still doing work. Staff was wonderful+

Outside was not very well kept. Pool needed cleaning. Breakfast was ok except the waffles. The mix was so watery it was awful. Would not recommend 😕

The breakfast They was doing construction on the rooms next to me and it smells like sewage all on the floor my wife was very upset about it

The breakfast - while not sensational in a vacuum, it was a lot better than what we expected based on the rate for our stay, and on par with what is served at higheer priced hotels. Really a pleasant surprise. Bottom line - great front desk office, but the hotel really needs a deep renovation. I. guess they are trying a few rooms at a time.

Front desk was very nice. Got to room and the ceiling was COVERED in mold. Went to see if another room was available and it wasn’t so ended up leaving.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The rooms was clean and nice but the bed was not comfortable. You knew pets was allowed. The smell and hallways.

We did not have hot water the first night and phone did not work. Hotel staff came to room to verify. Next morning everyone took cold showers. Went and got staff again. Water was lukewarm by 9:30, phone working. Came back to room @4 pm, phone not working. So called beach towels smaller than bath towels and they were worn, dull & stained. Only good thing was breakfast. Will never stay there again. Oh yeah, dog across the hall barked ALL night.

What I appreciated most was the customer service. The staff was friendly and informative. Satisfied all of my requests and was professional the whole time while doing it. The pool and gym both were clean and inviting. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
