The room was too hot and never got below 78 degrees no matter how low the thermostat was set. I called the call number and it wasn’t fixed.

Good location for boating

Very nice complex. Very quiet. About a mile from beach and easy to get to from this location. Did have issues getting codes to enter. Hadto call and talk to someone. Had read this qas issue for others and it most certainly was for us.

The bed linens and bedspread stunk Nauseating smell. Plus the walk to the elevator was very long from my condo for this 75 year old

I didn't like trying to find the front desk and the hospitality of the people docking. We weren't members, she said. It was a little ways from the beach but, the little one and his mother liked the pool. Trying to wash the towels was difficult with the small washing machine but it was effective. Thanks.

A nice and peaceful place with a great view of the marinea. The first night the fire alarms went off in all the towers ,went off twice 1st @ 11:25pm and was on for about 20 minutes, the 2nd time went off @ 12:05 am and was on for about another 20 minutes. I don't know why there was no fire. The room was very nice and clean. I recommend the stay here. I look forward to another vacation stay here.

Got no code to get in building and had no room number. No staff at property so thanks to another couple who gave us a number to call. Did not get in till 6pm so we were a little pissed but property is very nice

The view. The furniture was stained and outdated. The curtains were stapled together in some spots in the primary bedroom. The microwave handle was broken. The bedroom balcony was super hard to unlock. Mattresses were hard and stiff, my husband now had a knot in his back. The bathrooms were clean but everything else was dingy, dusty and grimy looking up close.

Lose to where I needed to be Kind of run down. It was clean and comfortable but has seen better days

I didn’t really like the moving between apartments while on vacation. Management was very helpful and responded quickly. However, it was an inconvenience while on vacation and the money you spent to be impeded on while being on vacation. Otherwise, the second property was nice, but the shade chain was broken. I would recommend this property and location to others.

The condo was equipped with all necessities..bed was comfortable..I was traveling alone and appreciated the front door and room pass code entry. Restaurant next door Filets was very good...and I came for bike week. So staying in walking distance to Captain Archies is a plus...thank you

Everything met our expectations

We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that in their opinion the apartment was perfectly fine. HA HA! I bet none of them would sleep in that bed. Never ever stay there!!!!!!

I was in town for work and tired of hotels. I love the location (you can walk to restaurants) and the view was lovely. As a solo traveler I felt super safe (you have to enter a code to get into the building), and the parking was safe as well. I loved having a washer/dryer in the room! The bed was old and kind of lumpy, and so was the sofa. Everything was just a little tired and dated.
