Holiday Inn Express N.Myrtle Beach- Little River by IHG

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for older people or physically disabled people ( unless you specify that you need to be by the elevator). There is only one elevator on one end of the hotel. I traveled with my father who has very bad knees and our room was on the complete opposite end from the elevator. Staff would have helped but we needed a pet friendly two room suite and that's the only location it was. And then again breakfast is on the opposite end of the hotel from the elevator. I actually had to improvise and use a rolling desk chair from the room to push him down the hall to the elevator.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad for the price. Great location. The room could have been cleaner. Furniture and counter in bathroom had a slimy haze from what I assume was cleaning solution. Found some hairs in the bathroom. Cobwebs in the room. Not very well insulated as there was a lot of noise outside the room that could be heard. Slamming doors from other rooms woke me up a few times.

Stayed in a harbor view suite that was absolutely disgusting. The view was great, but the floors were sticky. Location and the view were the only redeeming qualities about this property.

The EV chargers did not work and the rooms were not as clean as we would have liked. One had stains on the carpet and the other had an unpleasant odor. The staff were friendly but unable to assist with the issue with the EV chargers.

For a holiday inn express, it worked. We had the 2 bedroom suite harbor view. Very spacious. The room was clean but little damp and slight musty smell. Balcony had a great view of the harbour and we walked the dock every morning. Great location right in the middle of everywhere we needed to go. Staff was great, very friendly. The pool was warm and clean (besides some sand) but it could use some umbrellas for shade and maybe little better decor to make it more inviting. For the price we paid, we were happy.

They stopped putting coffee machine in rooms! No pen, no paper, gekkos in room.

We stayed here in Nov,2025 and everything was great ,this is why we came back very nice people the only complaint was the T.V could not get some connections Front desk Workers were always so pleasant. Like I said T.V connection's, they did try to correct it not a big deal Stronger coffee LoL weak for NYers

Although short.. We enjoyed our stay!

The staff were nice, however, the property needs work. The lobby furniture is dirty and looks beat. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool fence rattled loudly with the wind and the pool needs work.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was professional and everyone was very friendly, the room was very clean no complaints at all. They were there at your service if you needed anything. I would definitely stay there again, the hotel was 10 minutes from beach, plus close to shopping and eating.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only hiccup was furniture was old and scratched.

The lobby, room and dining area were all extremely clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

10 out of 10 stay! Every employee was absolutely incredible. They made you feel valued, cared for, and took the time to speak to you. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The entire weekend we felt appreciated, safe, and full of joy. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to visit again!

The pool itself was ok. The fence around it, the landscaping, shed and handicap chair lift were old and needed lots of maintenance and cleaning. The carpets in the hotel need replacing. Both the hallway and rooms have an old, rusty smell.

I like the location of the property. Being pet friendly definitely helps. The breakfast was actually pretty decent. Staff is OK. They assigned me a room that wasn’t actually ready so we had to start over. The TV remote didn’t work. They no instructions on how to find TV programs, overall it was good.
