The staff was great the property wasn't being taken care of.I respect the customer service the owners neglect the property and just using representative. Book at your own risk

I went to the desk to ask for a different room. The manager instead instantly took my key and told me he had no other non-smoking rooms and to just leave. I asked for the key back so I could get my son and my things, but I was just in shock. It was after 11pm, and I had no idea where to go with my son! The manager then proceeded to lie to hotels.com and tell them he showed me two other rooms, and that I just didn't like them. Therefore hotels.com's relocation team couldn't do anything to help me. This hotel is not fit for human habitation, should not be offered on any site, and the staff don't care about customers at all. They only care about money. I would suggest you stay far far away from this establishment.

The pool was very dirty .Seems like it was neglected. Until it's cleaned should not be open to customers. At All!!!!!

It was a good stay for a mid-level hotel!

The room smelled of cat urine, mold, and just overall horrible. The area is near a homeless camp which we felt unsafe. We did switch rooms the second night in hopes it was a fluke. NOPE. We found a different location for our 3rd night.

Don’t ever stay there the walls were sticky the bathroom was gross employees were rude! We had to give 100 cash so they could check the room before we left atm was broken so if I didn’t have cash we couldn’t stay! Should have been the first clue! Free breakfast was a joke!

I enjoyed the stay for the weekend

The room had a musty smell that we tried to mask with deodorizer and candle but didn’t help much. Bed was comfortable. Shower curtain needed cleaning or replaced.

If you are on a SUPER tight budget and just needing a place to sleep, this works. It will only work for that reason alone. Be prepared for 0 service at any level. No one is ever at the front desk, you will take your own trash out, you will search high and low for someone to bring you clean towels and toilet paper. The room did smell like it had recently been flooded but cleared out eventually. This is a last resort place.

The rooms were very overpriced to be in the condition they were in. Very old looking, had a horrible mold-like smell. I don’t think I would EVER stay there again especially not for that price.

Clean room, shower and bed were good

Room was dirty damp and smelly. The efficiency kitchen was disgusting, a total joke! Arrived at midnight so no choice but to spend the night! We talked to the staff at the front desk first thing in the morning and was promised a full refund which we never received. Contacted Expedia upon returning home and refund was denied because the room key was left in the room. We were only there for 6 hrs paid $936!! Terrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND

The value and lication. The breakfast. It was not well stocked and we made a choice to go elsewhere.

Dust everywhere. Didn't look like they vacuumed. Carpet was sticky. Dresser was falling apart.
