Cons: Our room was located by an air conditioner unit which was loud and would turn on and off randomly. The shower is circular in design and claustrophobic. The TV is small, maybe 32 inches. The free WiFI was slow to the point of being non-existent. By the time I got down to breakfast, the only remaining food was waffles.

We were very pleased with our stay. The roo. Was clean. The bed slept great. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent for our trip. Would definitely stay again. We didn't find fault with anything.

Small pillows and too many ... jacuzzi tub not necessary and walk in shower always preferred

The room smelled of smoke like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes. There was also a musty odor. So no sleep due to orders. Was never offered another room so we had to tough it out. Staff was friendly. Cleaning crew needs to be more observant. This hotel also takes dogs so they need to be noticing the smells

The location is really it. The fact I was charged for a room’s jacuzzi tub and the tub didn’t work. When I reached out to staff about it. They told me to reach out to your company Booking. I was on the phone with one of your agents. The hotel was suppose to give me back a portion of my money back. The agent hung up on me and no one from booking or the hotel could tell me what happened and what conclusion you came up with. I am not happy about my money

Surprisingly it was very clean, Atleast the lobby, Elevators, Room (327) were clean, I only stayed one night. The Indoor/outdoor pool was a nice touch, also looked clean, but didn’t have time to use It. The smell of weed all over the entire facility. Everywhere had a reek of pot. I bought a candle for the room while I was out, so it wasn’t so strong. Several signs to say no smoking, but apparently pot smokers do not care.
