The price for beachfront worth the money The parking was tight and limited

The staff was amazing! The room was clean. The beach was perfect. Dining was very close. All was good until Helene came thru. Could have used another mirror in the room not just in the bathroom. Not a big deal.

Location was nice right off the beach The resort was old with little upgrades. There were roaches in the room and around the inside of the resort.

I was under the impression they renovated the whole building but the hallways don't look or feel renovated, very different from the room renovation and is a strange vibe switch. The final complaint was there was a mildew smell coming from our air conditioner. It gave my wife congestion the whole week, but was a necessary evil in the Florida heat.

I liked the convenience of it all, the location was wonderful, the beach was walking distance and they even had little cabanas for use free of charge. The staff was helpful most of the time especially during check in and check out, always ready to give recommendations. There were not enough blankets on our room, and they seemed to have ran out of more when we asked for extras. Very small issue compared to the whole experience tho!

No parking spots available, no iron available for all rooms, the bathroom sink smell so bad, shower dirty(old)

The view is amazing from any angle, the people at the front desk are amazing with customers. Everyone at the hotel are and actually they feel like a family

The amenities such as the cabanas on the beach, sailboat ride was a plus. Most of all the staff was exceptional!!!! Parking situation was a times hard to find a space.

Rooms are renovated and clean, Steps away from the beach, pool was great and fun, no smoking policy is in effect except in designated areas, which is great for non smokers, staff was very helpful, professional, and courteous. Affordable place to spend a few days away and relax. Parking is small and limited, but it is understandable considering other larger hotels around taking up all that space.
