Island House Hotel

Excellent location. There were plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach which was right across the street. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, extremely convenient location. I cannot rave enough about this place! Super kid friendly. They have tons of pool toys for the kids. There are grills on the property that are available to guests. The kitchen was a HUGE plus. Rooms are spacious and all of the rooms face the pool. 100/10 I will definitely be back!

I loved that the pool was right in the middle. There were places to sit outside. The beach access was directly across the beach. Loved having access to beach chairs, towels, umbrellas daily! Also, loved the pool, all the chairs, and floaties people could use. Nothing

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and pool was big. The pool had floaties for the kids. Our room had a small but functional kitchen. It had silverware, utensils and small stove top. Will definitely stay again.

This place is truly such a dream especially for family’s. It’s quiet, close to the beach, they have chairs you can use, umbrellas, and pool floats. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Room was extremely clean & staff was very friendly. If you use feather pillows you need to take your own as the pillows provided were hard. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and how close the property was to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, it was a great value, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Super clean. Great pool. Staff is very pleasant. Two grills you can use. Everything is well looked after. Just a quick walk to the beach Bed is a little too soft

Loved the pool area, the room size. Everything available to guests to use at the beach or the pool. Just wish that there were more snack options at the vending machines.

Staff was so accommodating, when we got here too early and rooms super clean. I would have liked a fan, to move air in the rooms around more.(hot flashes)!

A step back in time. Beautifully cared for retro motel with all the charm of yesteryear. Ample parking, clean, big rooms. Staff is outstanding. Large pool with plenty of seating and lounging options. Grill area for guest use and floats and pool toys for days. Our favorite area is the breeze-way. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee and beach. The grounds are an island paradise. Beautiful palm trees and lush tropical plantings. Very reasonable pricing for such an awesome place. The only downside; the week flew by. Unfortunately, a very large family with multiple rooms shared our stay. Obnoxious people can have an ill effect during your stay but, that can happen anywhere. Kudos to the staff for keeping them under control.

This location was a perfect jumping off spot for traveling the St. Pete’s coast. Kelly at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking.
