From check in to check out, the pool view and location was great!

Our goal was to relax and we exceeded that goal. The rooftop pool and bar/ lounge was spacious and chic.

Great location. The food was excellent! Roof top bar had a great atmosphere. The staff was very helpful. The elevator situation was challenging. One elevator did not work at all the entire time I was there. At times, you were stuck waiting lengthy times for the one elevator. Then the other elevator broke down heating guests using stairs and service elevator.

Awesome location to beach and my experience at check in was top notch.

5 minute walk to the beach and from the rooftop bar watching the sunset is second to none. Wasn’t notified that an extra charge for parking is necessary and there isn’t a way out of it. It is irresponsible of the Cambria Hotel to not notify their customers before booking that they charge daily parking frees.

The Staff is what stood out to me. They were hard working but kind even when met with angry customers who didnt want to let anyone drive their vehicles. The room was clean and nice. I liked the appearance of the room and hotel on the floors. Superb staff! The pool was a disappointment because an infinity pool is what is advertised and to me it was a roof top. Not infinite pool. But overall. I got over it. And made due. We enjoyed our stay

I never wish to be next to the ice machine. That was something I should have fixed upon seeing the room. Everything else was super nice.

Had a small hiccup with room and staff were so accomodating. The room that they moved us into needed

Easy to find. Bathroom pocket door jammed closed on my wife inside. Had to actually insist on another room after notifying concierge of issue. Was not informed that during our night of reservation there was two private parties on the roof top pool area, a wedding on the mid level veranda which or second room patio opened directly into. Also with a band. All the rooms around ours were booked by drunks loud and cursing in the halls, yelling obscenities until 1am. My stay included my wife and 10yr old daughter. We had no more than 3 hours of quiet before leaving for the airport at 5am. Both rooms had barely enough room to walk around the two queen beds, even worse with baggage for 3. I've stayed at other Cambria hotels and this one is a blight on the brand. For the price and location, there's sooo many other superior options.
