Se los recomiendo súper espectacular súper limpio los dueños muy atento todas las personas del servicio lo he repetido en varias ocasiones y lo seguiré repitiendo tengo mi pequeña mascota y son muy amables todo muy limpio súper con acceso a Todo restaurant bares farmacias gasolineras súper 100% garantizado

Furnishings including bed were marginal

Room 25 was filled with cockroaches of all sizes. The staff spayed immediately and offed to change our room. If they could get ahold of that problem I'd probably stay again because of the price.

Bad terrible customer service cancel my reservation in my face after I arrived 2 hours later, worst experience ever no showing a sight of consideration even knowing I was coming and driving for over 4 hours to make it, please don’t do business with this property they are the worst

The staff was wonderful so nice and helpful... The place was clean for the most part.. My main issue was hot water you had to run the water for almost 15 minutes before it turned hot thats not good and the air conditioner in our room was not working correctly we were hot all night no sleep..

The room and grounds were clean. The sign says hotel and resort, but this was more like a budget motel. Air condition barely worked; it only cooled the room slightly and room stayed damp/humid all the time. Horrible for Florida! Miserable for sleep.

The room was very clean and very cold in the bed held up nice

The location was great as it was directly across from Madeira Beach with public access points close by, along with an amazing restaurant (The Reef) next door. The staff and pool was also nice. The floors and bathroom were absolutely filthy; we did not take off our shoes once, not even to shower. The kitchenette didn't have dishes or cutlery, so we asked every restaurant for disposable forks, once we realized that. The filth on the floors, floorboards, and bathroom in general was hard to get past, regardless of the nicer amenities nearby.

Convenient, beds were clean $30 parking is ridiculous. The price to park your vehicle should be in the room rate! We had to check out two days early with no refund which is bad business practice because if your place is so great that room can be rented easily. We will check out other options next year.

Only two outlets worked in the bungalow we were staying in. Had to charge everything in the kitchen area. No outlet for tv or lamp in bedroom so both were unplugged when we arrived and couldn’t plug them in to use during our stay. Wish the pool was open later than 9pm in the summer.

Hotel room was clean, except for the shower curtain looked all soap scummy there were dried up contact lenses on the nightstand. We saw multiple roaches come out in the morning after our shower. There was a big crack between the door and the frame slept terrible. Afraid I would wake up with bedbugs and or roaches crawling on us.

Had a wonderful time. Javier the counter manager was very helpful and great service. I will definitely stay here again. The power went out but it was fixed rapidly.

Also charging g for parking? $15 a day. Plus a $150 deposit be aware. No hangers but clothes closet. No spoon ci Up etc... coffee pot paper cups wete very small not normal. Location location...

The pool You can open the door without the key card the floating the toilet stuck to where it would not feel you had to open the back of the toilet and move the float so it would fill and even after the staff clean you walk through the room barefooted and your feet got black

Nice service

No guests allowed, if you lock yourself out you may be evicted or charged if after hours, empty kitchen bring everything you need including cups. The price is great to be right across the street from the beach, BUT THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A RESORT. BARE BONES ROOM. WOULD BE OK I GUESS IF YOU KNOW AHEAD OF TIME WHAT YOURE GETTING. VERY SMALL PARKING LOT, DONT move your car once you get a spot

I would not recommend staying at this property. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Pool was decent. For the price definitely not worth it.

The room was clean. The door was very hard to open and close. It was hitting the door jam. The bed was very hard and the couch was very uncomfortable.
