Location was perfect. Staff/Office employees were friendly and very helpful. Hot tub wasn't working, but we were offered access to sister hotel's pool and hot tub.

View was beautiful, private beach was quietly occupied and clean.

Loved the location right on the beach and the balcony view to the ocean.

The breakfast we had a couple times was at Corner Kitchen. Their acai bowl was awesome and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend !! There was absolutely nothing that I did not like

The location was excellent and the room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach was literally a few steps away. This facility only had a hot tub, and it was not operational because of a hurricane from over a year ago. Their sister building a mile down the road had a pool and a hot tub that you could go use but like I said it was a mile away.

Beach front, perfect location, great places to eat close by, and John’s Pass. Hot tub still not repaired after hurricanes, understandable and expected, but disappointing.

Easy check in and good location to the beach. The furniture was nice. Fridge was full of water and did not work. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Could not use the balcony because it always smelled like Marajuana outside. Upstairs shower was missing a shower curtain. The tv needs to be updated and all the remotes were taped together.

The beach was wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly. When I booked it said there was a pool and the pool wasn't available when we arrived. They had information in the room stating it was a delay in repairs that were expected to have been completed by then. The room was dirty when we arrived to include a dead bug on the bed and a shower that wasn't cleaned (slimy floor visible dirt). Then the day before the last day were told we can't use the master shower due to a crack in the floor of the shower causing a leak into the unit below. This crack could have been repaired with a $30 kit from Home Depot and 15 minutes of somebody's time. But instead they put all five of us down to one bathroom. This is not at all the experience we paid for. Hilton prices with a motel 6 experience.

Super nice cleaning staff. Apartment was very well equipped. Beach towels and beach lounge chairs (loungers) were available for use (complimentary). Parking included. Wonderful beach, uncrowded on a holiday weekend. Nothing.

Great location - close to the beach. Has a kitchen with everything you need. Free sun loungers with sun protection. Nice jacuzzi - more like a small pool. Nothing

The location is perfect. The access to the beach chairs was a bonus. It was peaceful and less crowded than any other place I have ever stayed! I didn't like that the staff was not available for checkin after 5:00. However the sister resort was just 3 mins down the road and was able to check in there.

Location No pool

Location is perfect. Limited access means you pretty much have the beach to yourself. Our unit was the only one without a balcony view of the beach. We had to walk upstairs to an uncovered deck that was not private at all. Only complaint.

Location perfect! Love that it is beachfront. Wonderful that they provide cabanas free. Internet unreliable as was the tv. Couldn’t get tv to work. Did not have a swimming pool a big negative.
