Wet carpet. Musty mildew smell in room. Damp.

Great property if traveling with dogs. nice grounds around property. The little mom and pop eatery across street was great. Got pizza for dinner and great breakfast bagels for the morning. QUIET and nice location. Fuel down the street next to the freeway was the cheapest we encountered across the whole country at 3.79 for diesel.

There was a coffee place right across the street. Not far from the interstate. The berry waffles was very unusual, but really great. All your hotels need them. Coffee was available morning noon and night. The room and bedding was extremely clean. The bad could have been a little more comfortable.

Front desk staff were great. Room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. At breakfast on Saturday the waffle batter would not come out and I thought it was empty as did other guests. The attendant was slow to help with the issue. Turns out the batter was way too thick and I suggested thinning it out slightly. She just agreed it was too thick and walked away. Minor thing but it was odd nonetheless.

Close to interstate 29. Good selection of restaurants and gas stations.

Breakfast was standard hotel mediocre fare; anemic looking sausage, powdered eggs.

Would have been nice to have the drape to be able to close even on the 3rd floor. Also coffee was a bit off flavor.

this is a nice location. The staff was pleasant. the property and room were clean and attractive. The dining area was spacious and clean. The breakfast was adequate with a good selection of foods which included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and very good coffee. The only negative was that the oatmeal was very watery which was very unappealing. This is not a major problem considering the other many positives. I would highly recommended this location.
