The coffee and muffins were nice The pool was not in working order.

Property needed cleaning, the room was patched and needed painting. Not even coffee was offered in the morning. Long term rentals present. If we weren’t so tired, we would have found other lodging.

They screamed at me when I said I needed a refund due to someone using my information and booking nearly $1000 worth of night and he told me absolutely not cursed at me and told me no. He said “no I’m not giving you your money back you booked the room not me.” And proceeded to hang up in my face. It wasn’t until I read him the rights on the page that he gave me my money back but stated he was keeping one day for asking for my money back too late. I didn’t even know somebody did that to me.

I really can’t comments on the facility as I was unable to stay even though I had a reservation booked through hotels.com. When I arrived I was eventually greeted by Sunni Patel the manager, who was extremely rude. I gave him my name and he said he had no reservations for me. He began to yell at me as if I had done something wrong. I asked him to chill as I was trying to figure out what happened if perhaps I was at wrong hotel. Again he yelled at me and said I needed to call the booking party. I finally was able to get a hold of the folks at hotel.com/expedia and they said they would call the hotel. As I stood in lobby I heard the phone ring. Hotels.com folks were trying to Sunni to refresh his system and then Sunni started yelling at them. Hotels.com personnel then said I had two options which was to rebook at this hotel or book somewhere else. My wife managed to book a hotel somewhere else while I tried to get the matter resolved. They refunded my money and I told them I would not be staying at any Motel 6 going forward. Most horrible service I have ever encountered.

Room was comfy... but no pool or breakfast.

The room was nice and comfortable. However their pool was not open which was the reason for staying so kids can go swimming after a long baseball tournament. Manager was very rude even while checking in before I found out the pool was closed when I found out pool was closed he just kept yelling at me no refunds so we did end up staying and talked to the Hampton inn across the street and they were very friendly and for $10 let me and other friends and family go swimming at their pool I strongly suggest checking their rooms first the staff and the whole area were extremely clean

Clean up to date rooms. Beutiful marble bathroom countertops. Decent tv qaulity and a much larger mini fridge than you get in other hotels. Comfortable beds and chairs very good spot to stay and affordable as well.

When i first got there the receptionist was sleeping and the scent there wasn't that great. When i got to my room the beds were nice but the heater had bugs on it. The view was only just the back of a building and the bathroom door didn't shut all the way. The shower handle was little gross but that amount of hot water i got was actually amazing. The shower curtin had some weird substances on it. I brought my swim suit because they told me that there was going to be pool but instead it was half empty, green, and was under construction. When i turned the air conditioner down it only made it hotter and was terrible to sleep. When i was going to leave the receptionists was on his phone and i had get his attention for a while. Now if you were looking for a place to stay i would only get this place if you had no other place to go to.

Staff unfriendly, hidden charges, was informed pets weren't allowed on bed, I walked out!
