Bellissimo Hotel, Trademark by Wyndham Near Foxwoods Casino

The hotel itself was ok. The staff was really nice but there was a musty smell in the lobby and the rooms were definitely dated and run down. The shuttle bus to Foxwoods was convenient but filled up fast and only ran once per hour.

Pool is not full size

Clean room and friendly staff. Pool was closed for renovations. The TV in our room wasn’t working. They moved us to a nicer room but the TV did not get satellite or cable. The only channels available were from tv apps, most of which you had to subscribe to. Missed the MKB playoff game.

Only stayed one night, but the room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly.

On Sunday there is no

Comfortable bed. TV remote dead. Had to go to the front desk to get another remote. Long walk from the elevator to the room. Utility workers took up parking spaces in the front of the building. I got soaked in the rain having to park in the back lot. Could hear talking at 12:30am. Has to wear earplugs to get to sleep. No complimentary breakfast. TV channels lacking. You should have broadcast stations available to watch ABC, NBC, CBS.

We stayed a few times here. Its a beautiful hotel. The price is great.

Exceptional

The Presidential Suite was definitely worth the price if you're looking for a romantic getaway!

First room. Was dirty staff was great had use moved with no issues even checked the room first to make sure it was clean pool was under maintenance wish we could have used it

That there was an indoor pool. The pool was down for maintenance the entire time we were there.

Hotel room was recently renovated and nice. Staff was quick to check us & and out. The availability of snacks to purchase in the lobby was a nice touch after returning from the casino. The free shuttle bus is excellent if you are going to the casino. The breakfast is a bit pricey for the portions you receive but it was delicious.

Its location Well first we were greeted by a very rude front desk person. There was no soap or conditioner in the shower dispenser. We had dinner in the small lounge. The flatbread pizza was ok, but the expreso martinis were pretty gross. They tasted like dirty dish water. They were so watered down.. The TV in our room never worked.

Staff Outdated. Run down. Paper thin walls. We could hear every step above us and every toilet flush. The internet was so bad the tv would go out every 30 minutes.

Superb

It was odd that the exhaust fan was in the entryway and not in the bathroom which led to everything getting steamed up in the bathroom when using the jetted tub. The exercise room and pool while on the small side, did seem nice.

We were close to all our activities we planned. I found the person we first met at the desk to be unfriendly and did not communicate well.

Nice quiet clean room it smelled like someone smoked but I called the front desk and she made a note of it so I didn’t get charged anything extra. Under construction but still very accommodating.
