I have stayed before I think with different owners and thought it was a much better place to stay.You can tell they are letting it go down hill and not taking care of it they need some maintance help and maybe replace carpet bathroom could use new caulking etc.

Check in was smooth and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our visit here.

Coffee ran out at breakfast, no one at desk to advise, finally able to tell cleaning person who got the desk attendant. No hot water in shower, advised staff never got fixed. Have been going there for several years on 7/4 weekend, this is last time. Will find someplace else next year

Lovely continental breakfast, great rooms with refrigerators, friendly staff! Love this place. Very close to Foxwoods and 20 minutes from Misquamicut beach.

We were moved to another room, which was somewhat cleaner. The bed sheets and towels were clean, but the TV, mirrors, windows, and picture frames were very dirty, covered with fingerprints and other marks. The headboard also had some very strange stains. The toilet had some black residue stuck inside it. My husband stepped out for a few minutes, and when he returned, his room key had stopped working. For a room that costs over $300 per night, we expected at least a microwave, but there wasn’t one. The furniture was very old, damaged, and some pieces were missing. This hotel either needs major renovations or should lower its room rates. The photos on the website make it look much nicer than it actually is. I was excited about the breakfast, but I was quickly disappointed. There weren’t even any eggs, and the bread was dry and tasted stale. Overall, it was a very frustrating night. We expected a comfortable stay for the price we paid, but unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even our basic expectations.

Stayed as a last min trip. Was ok. No frills. Fro t desk could use a lesson in customer service.

Nice clean comfortable stay. Convenient to a lot.

Also, all of the bedding was damp. Clearly ac unit could not handle the moisture in the air of the room.

The room was clean but upon arrival our TV was falling out of the stand, reported it immediately to front desk but no one fixed it. I used a tissue box to keep it upright. Wifi was terrible, the mattresses were very lumpy and old. The ac was loud but great especially because it was 98 degrees. The staff were friendly but not very helpful with the issues we had. Breakfast was ok but coffee was terrible..not much of a choice other than cereal, waffles, or bread choices. I have stayed here a year ago and I definitely seen it has aged a lot since then. For the price I may just stay farther away from the casino at a nicer place.
