I love the location and the room is clean. I love they need to stock the kitchenette with basic .i I was limited on what I could cook in the room. The hotel was nice but crowded with issues with parking. The owner let some guests save parking spaces and not others. Guest didn't move in so other guest have spots. If you went out and drove somewhere and came back last afternoon or at night you had trouble finding a spot.

If I had to say anything negative... it would be the AC really only cooled the bedroom.. but honestly wasn't a big deal.

People were friendly. Family oriented place. Pool was nice & refreshing. Facility was clean & taken care of daily by maids. Owner was amazing & her little dog as well! Air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t really reach out to living room, needed to bring a fan to circulate the air.

The owner was rude barged in my room with my 7 year old wasted tripping over herself unannounced aggressively accusing me of smoking in the room and charging us double their smoking policy without any evidence or reason as we did not smoke in the room and it smelt of cigarettes upon arrival. The dishes in the cabinets were filthy and the bedding and floors were absolutely disgusting. The couch was stained and grimey, and the pool that was not saltwater was so dirty you would think it was. We ended up leaving in the middle of our paid stay and paying for a different place bc of how inappropriate the owner Cathy was in front of my daughter. Would never recommend this place. Also had to file a police report on vacation to make sure other travelers privacy won’t be breached.

Location! They charged a 4 % charge for a credit card charge after I fully paid with Booking! Booking should have been up front about it, because they said no hidden fees! Booking should reimburse me because something is not right!!

The location is good The air condition not working . I spoke to the lady at the front desk she have portable Fan but was not enough . My family and I were sweating during all of out stay . On top of that the noise coming from the AC unit . And they charge me for the credit card fee because I used credit card when I was booking the room on booking.com . It was a nightmare . I will never stay in Horizon Motor in .

The air conditioner was not working well. It got hot at night and was VERY loud. The couch was worn down.

Location and closeness to boardwalk and Beach The room was very outdated. Refrigerator was dented. Carpet was stained. Parking was not good at all. It was supposed to be one car per unit but there were more than that. I did not use my car at all because of fear of not being able to get a parking space again.

Property was well maintained. Pool was very clean. The rooms were the perfect size and we loved the full sized fridge. The booking.com advertising stated this unit was “ground level” but it was not-it was third floor. One of the reasons we chose this apartment was due to being ground level. I contacted booking.com who said the listing didn’t say that and it clearly did. Booking stopped responding when I offered to send the information the site advertised about “ground level”. This was not the property’s fault so I didn’t impact the property’s rating.

The location was great. The parking is tuff if you get a good spot don’t move your car or you will have to park and leave you keys. Good luck finding someone in the office seen allot of people calling to even ask for toilet paper. Order Uber Eats - went to meet the uber driver downstairs who accidentally handed my order to the owner of the hotel. She gladly accepted the order and helped herself to a sandwich. The uber driver came back in seconds to knock on the door - Kathy the owner open the door chewing a sandwich and proceeded to say I only ate a small one … not a sorry, didn’t offer to pay for the sandwich she slammed the door on our face and the rest of the few days were awkward. Called the office after I I left and was told “accidents” happen. You own a business where food orders are happening all day - yes my name and number was on the receipt also. Also booked through booking.com and was charged another fee by her. Good luck trying to get anyone in the office!

Air conditioning was not good, no elevator, no 24/7 service, no daily maid service

There's no elevator we were on third floor so we had to lug everything up and down.The steps lady at checkout was not a very nice person, kitchen was small. Also, bathroom was small.

The cleanliness, The beds were very comfortable,The pool was a little chilly but was very well kept The whole motel was beautiful inside and out ,The owner Miss Cathy was the sweetest host the most makeing our stay a guaranteed return !!! The barbque grill only worked on one side but still cooked our food

We love this hotel. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean Nothing we didnt like
