Close to the event I was down the shore for. Management was very very nice. Management doesn't want you to leave the AC on if you're out so the room was incredibly humid and musty when I arrived. I only stayed one night - even with the AC on (which is loud) it never really got less humid or musty (though it did cool down)

Great location. Great deck Only one air unit in the place. No microwave, windows were open when arrived and screen was broke. Cigarette smoking on the property by other guests. The beds were awful. Two adults can’t sleep in the same bed

I thought the room was very comfy and I loved that we had a tv in the living and the bedroom as well for my baby to watch her shows in the morning without interrupting anyone! The staff was super nice especially the lady who works at the front desk, she was super sweet to my toddler very energetic and happy vibes. Also helped us with parking since we came when it was a little crowded :) more than pleased with our stay overall The lighting was very dim in the kitchen and living room without the window curtains being open

The pool looked very clean even though we didn't get to use it unfortunately. Angie was absolutely wonderful and accommodating at check in but that didn't make up for the room issues which is much more important. The floor was clearly not swept well with dirt/sand? in the corners of the bathroom and other rooms. The bathroom door did not lock but we dealt with it. Bathroom was very clean otherwise though. The air conditioner kept going off and on during the night which woke us up multiple times in spite of white noise we had on. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable for my son as you could feel the springs when you laid on it. The main area had a ceiling fan but it still got really hot because we couldn't use the two sided fan above the bedroom door as it made a loud screeching noise. This made it almost pointless to have a separate room with a door because we had to leave our bedroom door open for air flow to the main area with the sofa bed. We were only aware of these things after the manager left because we got in late so we just dealt with the issues since it was one night and we were exhausted. They weren't things that could have been fixed quickly anyway. The refrigerator and kitchen areas were very clean. I would not stay here again.

Very popular with families, means super loud kids! We were expecting this. Friendly staff. Would stay here again, considering. Absolutely fine for the price.

Was a short 3 block walk to beach. We had a wagon that helped a lot. The best part was an excellent heated pool! I went in 1st week of July and ocean was too cold to swim, but pool was excellent. Other guest were well behaved for the most part. Free coffee in the morning. I we had 4 people total and there was enough room. I used the sofa bed, others used beds in bedroom. A/C worked fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean. I definitely recommend.
