Sandy Shores Resort Motel

Family owned. Front desk not open very often. Old, but clean. I had to drop my room key in a box because I had to be out by 10, but Front desk not open.

Ive never given a bad review before. Wait time to check in was loo long. Checked in @ 5:30, plenty of time for room to be cleaned. There was trash in both trash cans. Te beds were unmade and looked used and the towels were wet. Obviously the room was never cleaned. Management should have checked the room before re

Great location and good prices. Bed was comfortable.

close to the beach and areas we needed to go to! neighbors and close by people were very loud and obnoxious. Woke us up at 5am. office guy was nice and handled it fine but overall the motel itself was not the best.

It was pretty clean, the kitchen was a nice touch. Very close to beach.

rooms were a little on the small size but if you’re only sleeping there it’s not that big of a deal however, the pool was absolutely DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY. there was bird (seagull) poop in the pool lots of it and the pool was so cloudy you could barely see the bottom. would definitely look for somewhere else to stay other than this place.

The location is a walking distance from the boardwalk. The room is small, looks old and dusty. The staff was friendly. Be careful to open the stove because the burner was getting hot immediately. There is a loud music every night and some guest were so noisy hanging out outside our room very late at night and stayed there till early morning. So annoying

The TV in the room didn't work, several floor tiles were broken and loose. Door frame was broken.

Room was illuminated by outside lighting. Had difficulty sleeping as the room was completely lit up.
