The room was not as depicted in our reservation. There was a rat trap in the bathroom under the sink and the tub was not clean. There were stains and rips in the sheets.

Cat in particular was friendly and VERY accommodating. The Bathroom was VERY CLEAN, thanks to the Excellent Housekeeping Staff. Now, The Room, although pictured on the Website as Very Attractive left much to be desired. Positives were that it was Very Clean and the AC and Fridge were nice and COLD. Mattresses too soft! While the room had 2 double beds, there was only 1 Chair hidden in the closet, so even with only 2 adults, it was VERY CROWDED and severely lacking in seating leaving us to only be able to sit on the beds, NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL! The Curtains were Super Thin and didn't block the all-night illumination outside the room. There were only 2 outlets in inconvenient places for phone charging and CPAP plug in. There were no outlets between the beds, or alongside of 1 of the beds. Shockingly, but seemingly common is the is the ABSENCE OF A COFFEE MAKER! Aslo, Parking is at an EXTREME PREMIUM, as a fellow guest was told he had to park on the street. Both of the Adirondack chairs outside our room cracked while we were sitting in them. Being Elderly, this was a GREAT CONCERN. ALL outdoor chairs NEED REPLACED FOR SAFETY!!! When reported, a lovely member of housekeeping immediately replaced the broken chairs with safer metal chairs. It is a shame that the owners don't put some money into the property to make it as nice as the pictures on the website. Bottom Line, we left 1 day early and received no compensation.

Customer service was top tier. Kat, Kate, and Alex were very accommodating, and hospitable. I will definitely recommend. Very kid friendly, spacious, and comfortable. The kids had a blast. The walk to the beach was very refreshing and convenient. Parking was a bit inconvenient at times. That would be the only thing I would change about it.

Parking was tight, but not terrible. Room was very small which I expected without a kitchen but underestimated just how small. The bed frame was just sitting behind the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Large stain on the blanket but otherwise clean.

Really nice place i just wish they will explain better what kind of room you getting for the price you paid they do have units but that's not what we got we got one room with double beds we paid for a unit. But besides that everything else was nice. Need more clear direction also they only allow 1 car per family no extra parking.

I will never go back !!!! I do not recommend especially families, The place is very run down, they do not control people. They are super loud at night. Pool area are full of dirty towels hanging over the fence when you wake up they are still there. Nothing is clean up

Cons: The bathroom sink and shower were slow to drain and the TV’s didn’t really work (the connection was very staticky). Not spotlessly clean, but there were no bugs. Overall I would stay there again.

Property was clean, very close to the beach

Walkable distance to the boardwalk and other activities. No issues with parking. Rooms could use an update, but ours was clean and spacious. Typical Wildwood motel. Nothing fancy.
